It is very solid good made and I love the thermotech handle turns green to let me know temperature has reached ready to cook. I use this mainly to make crepe cakes which has multiple layers. This well designed pan makes my job easy.All my friends admire my crepe cakes and believe very difficult to cook layers of crepes, but actually very easy & quick since I have brought this to replace my old one.

Good quality but smaller than expected as the pan curves up on one side. I have another crepe pan measuring the same size however the curve creates a smaller crepe.

I am very pleased with this crepe pan, it is a pleasure to use and I particularly like the green light that appears on the handle when it has reached temperature.
This pan is the latest edition to our Essteele Per Salute collection. After purchasing and testing out the triple pan set, we were won over with how great these pans are. Even heat distribution and non-stick surface makes them a breeze to clean. Highly recommend this crepe pan with the shallower edge at the front for crepes, pancakes and omelettes alike.

It has a tilted base which enables ever-so-easy flips, then crepe slides off SO easily when done. A hard non-stick surface for easy cleaning. 100% from me.
The pan is the best pan not only to look at but also to cook the perfect crepe / pancake it’s density retains the heat without the need to constantly alter the temperature. The slanted lip allows the crepe to easily slide off the pan when done.
I bought this for my 14 yr old son who loves making pancakes. Easy to use & clean. Pancakes slide off without sticking. Handy hint - keep the handle away from flame as it releases a nasty smell when heated. I love the whole Per Salute range!!
