In the spring and summer months I use Lancôme’s “A rosy glow set”. This includes their rose sugar scrub, tonique comfort, crème mousse comfort, and hydra zen. For the fall and winter months my skin is less tolerant and easily irritated; in these months Lancôme products often will cause redness and irritation to my skin and more so to my eyes. For these reasons I switch to Neutrogena full hydro boost line (focusing on water gels) because I don’t do well with build up or oils. 🌺 Current Skins Condition: The weather is beginning to change and dryness is becoming evident despite the warm days. As of last week I began switching to my hydro boost line, in hopes to get a head of the dryness. I have some redness lately but fine lines are not so evident just yet. 🌺 First Application, Results, Impression: Estée Lauder Revitalizing Supreme+ Youth Power Creme Moisturizer is a very thick moisturizer, it has a very subtle floral fragrance that is pleasant, and a few dabs of the moisturizer will go along way so apply very small amounts and work that in before proceeding to add more. Upon application the moisturizer felt a bit oil, even when I applied very little but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was fully absorbed by my skin with minutes of letting it set. I immediately noticed that my skin was extremely soft, my face felt hydrated, and lifted….much more firm then before the application. Due to it being my first application, I can not see a visible difference in my skin just yet. I can however see that it is hydrated and glowing. Another thing I noticed right away would be that the moisturizer did not irritate my overly sensitive eyes and (I truly appreciate that). 🌺 The update: It is day three with Estée Lauder Revitalizing Supreme+ Youth Power Creme Moisturizer and I am in love, my skin is indeed firmer, hydrated, glowing, without irritation, and the moisturizer workers wonders under makeup. It almost felt as though it helped the absorption of my other skincare products, and it most certainly facilitated in priming my skin for foundation. Blending my sheer coverage foundation over my freshly treated skin was sublime, creating a seamless blend and a perfectly smoothed canvas. I got this product for free from Influenster and Estēe Lauder in return for my honest review. In truth I think it is a great moisturizer that will work wonders for most people. I was a bit skeptical on my first application as it is very thick and creamy and I was not sure it was actually going to absorb! The great thing with texture is that a little bit goes a very long way so your product really lasts! Also I found that within 20-30 minutes it was totally absorbed (which is what I give everything before bed - I don't really check absorption in the AM as I do not wear foundation. It might be faster, but it is not longer.) The product absorbs to a soft almost mate finish. My skin after several weeks is soft and a bit brighter. I have had mild breakouts on my cheeks since starting this product and now have a larger zit on my chin as well. If you have sensitive skin, know this might cause some breakouts initially or even just not be for you. Consult with a professional before buying in that case 😊 Really it is lovely stuff otherwise and what it does for fine lines? Whew! I'm bummed I am in the cannot use it camp! This is a lightly fragranced moisturizer that’s made up with fruit/vegetable/flower oils and other ingredients that are well known to have skincare benefits such as squalene,caffeine,whey protein,algae extract,st Paul’s wort,and more. It works well as both a daytime and nighttime moisturizer and absorbs fairly quickly into your skin leaving it soft and supple with no tackiness or stickiness left behind. It hydrates skin well and doesn’t leave it oily so it works well both under makeup or in your evening skincare routine. Not For Oily Skin

Using twice a day as directed, the sample was enough to last for one week. Therefore I cannot speak to any long term benefits of this product. This review is based solely on my experience after one week of use. Even though I am almost 40, I still get occasional acne and have extremely oily skin. (The positive of that is I have no wrinkles or fine lines.) This cream is much richer in texture than what I am accustomed to using. It has a lot of top quality moisturizing ingredients, but ultimately was just too moisturizing for my skin type. My skin was more oily than normal, which I didn't know was even possible. I found it easier to spread this product if my skin was damp, so I applied after using a facial mist. I needed to use a lot less product this way and it absorbed into my skin more effectively. It has a very light scent, kind of like powdery sunscreen. It was very pleasant and not detectable while wearing. I did notice my skin felt slightly sticky while using this. The only positive difference I noticed while wearing this product was a very nice glow to my skin. It leaves just enough sheen to look healthy and radiant, without looking greasy. I actually really liked the way my skin looked while wearing this (before the extra oil and bumps appeared of course). Overall this is a good quality moisturizer that I would recommend to anyone who doesn't have oily skin. Definitely worth a try!

I decided not to use the cream until it cleared up and so I tried it a few days later. I had the same reaction. I am sad to say that something in this product doesn't agree with my skin. Everyone's skin is different so that's not to say that this product won't work for you. This is purely my own personal experience. I've used other Estée Lauder products without that reaction. I used the rest of the sample on my hands.

After 1 week I noticed that my skin appeared more bouncy, firm, had a noticeable glow, evening of skin tone, and reduction in redness. Overall, after 2.5 weeks I've continued to see those benefits. My skin feels firmer and I can't remember the last time it looked this even without complexion products. I'm 30 and have small lines on my forehead starting to form, and I'm shocked to see those appearing to lessen. I haven't experienced any pilling when wearing under SPF or makeup either and find that my Double Wear foundation applies beautifully over it. I've ordered a larger size already because I'm intrigued by the results I've seen. Definitely recommend for combo to dry skin!
