This is a fairly new product for me to be taking and was recommended by a friend and followed up with a health shop professional. As it is a first can't make a comparison to like products but It appears to be doing the job!

I've been taking this along with kefir and that's been great. I noticed this isn't a broad spectrum probiotic and I usually use probiotics to make yoghurt or probiotic cashew cheese but I haven't tried it with this yet.

Buy these on special.

Inner Health are supposed to one of the best brands.. I agree. These IBS have helped immensely. They can be expensive so I buy them when they are on special.

Did as promised.. relief finally

I turned to this product after a friend suggested I may be suffering from IBS. It took a few days of taking them but the results are excellent. I would recommend this product to anyone who is experiencing irregular bowel movements

Definitely helps to relieve the severity and frequency of mild -moderate ibs. Doesn’t stop symptoms completely but helps make it more manageable

Soothing digestive support

I use Ethical Nutrients IBS Support on my raw food diet to aid in healthy digestion. I open up a capsule and use it in my papaya and barleygrass powder smoothie bowls with excellent results.

Works For Me

I tried it out of desperation and got almost immediate relief. Only had 4 or 5 mild IBS attacks in the 2 months of taking them. It's a relief not to worry everytime I leave the house and it's wonderful being able to eat foods I've had to avoid for years. Kind of expensive but works for me.
