Only produced a very slight reduction in overall cholesterol for me. Unfortunately HDL cholesterol reduced as well so my ratio went up.

Good value product which helps normalise my cholesterol, without the use of statin medication. It works for me, so I recommend it. Ask your GP if you're not sure. I have high cholesterol, and this keeps it within the normal range, so good for me to use this.
My cholesterol has dropped from 7 to 6.3 in 6 months. Will keep using for a bit longer to see if it goes lower.
