What can I say? Have been taking them for decades and have a cast iron tummy now :):) Have also tried not taking them, to see if they actually did make any difference. Be assured, for me, they certainly make a GREAT difference to my well being!!

I always find these capsules over-priced, but since they are a "necessary evil" for gut health, I buy them. BC has the best online price for the dairy free 90 cap version of Inner Health - Chemist Warehouse has a cheaper in-store price (quite a lot cheaper, actually), but I'm nowhere near any of their stores, so BC is the only other usable supplier that is passably-priced. Everyone's mileage varies on any given health product, so just because this works OK for me, it may not work OK for you. It's difficult to really quantify how effective these capsules are, compared to not taking them, as there's a psychological effect to believing the products are doing some good when taking them, and an opposite "belief effect" when not taking them.

I am so glad I purchased this product, try and stock up in fridge when on special!90 pills better buy... and take everyday. ✔️I have gastrointestinal probs and this has helped greatly...

I like this product, having taken it for a few years now. It is good for general immunity, keeps the good pro-biotics in your gut, and I'm sure it has helped me not to get colds, which I used to get quite regularly. An excellent product for good health.

The Inner Health Plus - Dairy Free Probiotic combined with Grapefruit Seed Extract seems to be helping with bloating I have been experiencing over the last while.
Been using this brand of probiotic for over 15 years, no other brand comes close.
I have been using this product for years and it keeps my gut healthy. I no longer have the symptoms I had before of bloating and gas pain .
