One of the best ways to take oral magnesium for cramps. I have used it for several years as I suffer from serious nocturnal cramps. Needs extra doses if you want the best effect.

This powder has helped me through some tough and strenuous times. It helps my energy levels, stress levels, restless legs and headaches. I really notice the difference when I run out and don't take it. i was worried about the taste as I don't like anything mixed with water including cordials, Gatorade etc. I can only imagine that it tastes like that. Quite easy to drink. This is definitely the best magnesium supplement I have found. I am now complimenting it by taking some of the food grade salts and magnesium cream found on this website.

Good product. I take each night and seems to help me to get to sleep. This is not as sweet as the raspberry option, but I do prefer the raspberry option. Will definitely buy this product again.
Easy to take. High dosage is great, only once a day. Part of my morning routine for quite a while now. Protein powder, fibre then magnesium powder in water. I’m vegan so I feel good after my daily dose. Other vitamins, minerals next! Have to stay on top of the nutrients I need.

I was recommended to use the taurine form of magnesium when I was having bouts of tachycardia and it definitely was helpful. I have since had an ablation which has been very successful, but I still take this magnesium as it prevents cramp in my legs. It is very effective and pleasant to take.
Only been using for 3 months, so far so good. As an amateur/age group marathon distance runner I was getting some hamstring cramps in the latter stages of my long runs (2 hour + runs). I don't get those hamstring cramps now. Have I found the solution? Can't properly put this product to the test till I have a marathon distance race though (COVID-19 = no races) Early indications are good. Shame its a bit pricey...We continue ...
Most people are deficient in magnesium these days due to mass farming, the soil has much less nutrients now, as well as other factors. The benefits of magnesium are amazing. This product was a life saver when I had excruciating leg cramps in pregnancy. I like that it has other nutrients and not just magnesium. Highly recommend this product.
Have been using for some time, this is an excellent product, helps with leg cramps, bowel movement, and mild headaches. Highly recommend. The taste is very sweet, but I just drink it quick, and follow with water.
