This has now become part of my daily routine. The flavour is pleasant and though I don’t actively notice a difference when consuming, I definitely notice a difference on they days I miss taking it.

I had previously been taking mega magnesium & a different supplements for energy and stress. When that item was discontinued I switched to this Ethical Nutrients version and have really liked it. I will continue to use it.
