I had previously been taking mega magnesium & a different supplements for energy and stress. When that item was discontinued I switched to this Ethical Nutrients version and have really liked it. I will continue to use it.

This magnesium powder is easy to take and stops cramps in my legs and feet.
I needed magnesium mainly for muscle tightness and to help with my energy levels and this is the one that ticks all the boxes. I noticed a difference in energy and sleep really fast. Tastes great too!
