Transformed my husband's life by allowing him to sleep. He never felt 'sleepy' at night time. Turned out his medication (omeprozol) was preventing him from absorbing magnesium - which is needed to produce serotonin (the thing that makes us feel sleepy). These days he feels tired in the evening and sleeps soundly through the night. Worked within about 10 days and he's been using it for 6 months. He had not slept properly for 30 years before that on omeprozol.

I take this to help with my sleep. I have been informed Magnesium supposedly assists good sleep. I'm unsure at this time whether it helps or not. I do wonder why such a large container is used for only 126g of contents though, when first opened the contents barely half fill the container

The taste isn’t great (we had to use a chaser) and it takes a long time to truely dissolve. However we found our sleep had improved so will consider purchasing again.

Good magnesium suppliment. Smells a little funky in powder form, but tastes okay.
My husband drinks every night and having not been a great sleeper most of his life finds this helps a lot, tastes great
I purchased this yesterday and was amazed at the waste of packaging. It quotes that some settling may occur, but to settle to less than 1/4 of the packaging seems quiteridiculous in these days when waste is such a huge problem globally.

It had a lovely taste,but it didn’t really help me sleep much better,so I will try something else next time.I think the packaging could be quite abit smaller.
I love this product, but it comes in a huge plastic container which is one third full. If you take it by the directions it only lasts 10 days. Why not make it 250g of product and halve the plastic footprint.
This tastes great, like passion fruit water. I love having it with warm water 1hr before bed to bring out the flavor and help me get to sleep. I’ve seen a big difference in my sleep habits since taking this powder.
