This powder has helped me through some tough and strenuous times. It helps my energy levels, stress levels, restless legs and headaches. I really notice the difference when I run out and don't take it. i was worried about the taste as I don't like anything mixed with water including cordials, Gatorade etc. I can only imagine that it tastes like that. Quite easy to drink. This is definitely the best magnesium supplement I have found. I am now complimenting it by taking some of the food grade salts and magnesium cream found on this website.

These are a great vitamin tablet. Have been using them for approximately 2 years. They give me more energy and I now wake up in the morning a bit more refreshed. Would sleep up to 16 hours a day before taking these and now I sleep normal hours. I know it is is the tablets that have helped me as I didn't have them for 2 weeks and I went back to sleeping long hours. Would highly recommend them.
Great taste not overpowering. Easy to add to a smoothie and has helped me get a better nights sleep while under extreme stress
I was recommended to use the taurine form of magnesium when I was having bouts of tachycardia and it definitely was helpful. I have since had an ablation which has been very successful, but I still take this magnesium as it prevents cramp in my legs. It is very effective and pleasant to take.
Only been using for 3 months, so far so good. As an amateur/age group marathon distance runner I was getting some hamstring cramps in the latter stages of my long runs (2 hour + runs). I don't get those hamstring cramps now. Have I found the solution? Can't properly put this product to the test till I have a marathon distance race though (COVID-19 = no races) Early indications are good. Shame its a bit pricey...We continue ...
That’s magnesium tablets assist my exercise and no more cramping thanks to this great brand. This brand may be a bit more expensive than others but I was advised this is a better brand.
my left leg has leg cramp before the morning and was hurt so badly. I bought this to help my leg cramp and have it on daily basis. Order online is easy and pick up is also easy too. It is quite cheaper on online than physically visit the store.
Have been using for some time, this is an excellent product, helps with leg cramps, bowel movement, and mild headaches. Highly recommend. The taste is very sweet, but I just drink it quick, and follow with water.
