Whatever you want to keep for videos you can directly save it to your camera roll. And delete all video to free up space on your camera memory. Clear picture. I love that it gives you the option for how how close you want your perimeter to be. It catches all front yard and front sidewalk view. Absolutely great for the money. I paid a little over $100 for it. Xmas gift to myself. From my family, lol. Day time %26 night time view in Minnesota.

I’m impressed. There are some expensive doorbell cams out there, and I can’t imagine them being any better than this one for the $81 I paid. The video quality is crisp. The app is clean and easy to use. There is no reason for subscription, unless you want cloud storage and whatever else they may offer. I’m able to save the videos to my phone straight from the app, so.. and I was under the impression that SD are sold separately, but the app said SD card was detected in chime system when I set it up. I checked, and there is definitely one in there. I’m very happy with my purchase, and would do it over again.

After moving from a very rural area to an apartment in town, I became a bit more concerned with security. I looked at several other options like the Ring brand but being a huge fan of Anker’s other products, I decided to try their eufy brand. I’m very glad I did. I love that it is completely wireless. I just pop it off and charge it as needed, which isn’t often. The quality in daylight and at nighttime are both fantastic. The zone detection works very well to cut down on false alerts. The human detection works incredibly well. I love that I have the ability to speak through the doorbell when needed as well. It definitely seems to be a deterrent to package theft as well. I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

Doorbell broke after 8 months. The battery died and it is unable to receive or keep a charge. Customer service took approximately 30 minutes to speak with someone, did all their steps over the phone. Now I’m being told I have to send in the unit via snail mail, then once they receive the broken doorbell, they will send me a new one…probably wait 2-4 weeks?I asked for my money back but the sales representative stated I had to go through Walmart. That Walmart got the money, not Eufy….i then asked if the sales of Eufy products are donated to charity, she said no, so I again asked, where does the money go from Walmart after they bought YOUR product? Do not buy from this company. Your camera will keep going offline then they will offer you a replacement for half the price of yours. Very unreliable doesn’t even pick up people breaking into our cars when it is working 10% of the time. They are cheating their customers out of money and don’t want to fix their mistakes with their messed up firmware.

The video doorbell is easy to set up. The interface is easy to use but the settings need constant tweaking to get the doorbell to work with your surroundings. So you get the best videos for your porch setup. You get videos of what you want to capture and not that stuff you don't. It's a fine balance to get it the way you want it. But I'd rather have too many videos, then miss out on something important. It does drain the battery faster, but with practice I'll get better. This is my first video doorbell and it's just taking time for me to get used to it. The indoor chime is also nice as it gives you the alert even if you don't have your device with you.
