Lovely insulated coffee jug. Replacing old John Lewis model. The difference is huge. Looks lovely for starters but more importantly it keps the coffee hot much, much longer. I was a little worried by the shallow pouring lip, but it is as advertised and doesn't srip at all. A great product, thanks.

Beautiful modern aesthetics and materials, as expected from Danish design, but the design itself seems flawed.Teapot pours v well and is easy to fill/wash out but the filter has rubber valves which are fiddly to clean and i suspect wont last long before they get damaged. The holes in the filter are fine for filtering big tea leaves but too big to stop fine leaf tea, defeating the point. The pot has vacuum walls to keep tea warm but the lid has a large opening to allow pouring, but at the same time, this allows the heat to escape, again defeating the object.A simpler mesh filter similar to other tea filters and a closable lid would easily resolve these issues.A case of aesthetcs over substance

We use this teapot all the time. It pours really well. Best ever pot for no drips or spills.You can't burn your hands or table as the pot is cold to touch. Aesthetically lovely to look at. Modern and stylish. Would highly recommend for yourself or as a gift.

I bought this to go with my coffee cafetiere from the same range. A great modern design and good with loose leaf tea which I prefer. Pours better than any teapot I have used with not a drop spilt or dribbled. Not dishwasher safe because of the wooden handle and you need to be careful you do not expose the wood for too long in water. A little care for the wood will keep it in good health. looks good and worth every penny.
I love when everyday items not only function perfectly but are beautiful and this hits the nail on the head. Providing four normal sized mugs (who drinks a small cup?!), this keeps your coffee piping hot for a good hour after making, and I'm sure it would stay very warm for substantially longer, but it's never left that long in my house! The no spill or drip is true to its word and it filters the coffee well, with very few "bits" getting through into your poured drink. The plunger is also dishwasher safe, whilst the pot needs a quick hand wash. And of course, it's a really lovely looking bit of kit.
After breaking one too many Bodum glasses, I took the plunge and bought this rather dear item (it was before lockdown....!)It is beautiful and keeps coffee hot, the pouring action is something to behold.The only issue is the plunger part — it's surprisingly flimsy compared to the rest of the ensemble. It's fallen apart twice and we've Mcguyvered it back together somehow. Of course, the Bodum plunger doesn't fit this jug! :-)
Excellent coffee maker with thermal inner so keeps hot, there is no glass to break, be careful not to get the handle too wet and jug must not go into dishwasher but the filter bit can. Have got through many cafetiere's in the past and I think this one will last as nothing to rust either.Have bought one as a gift too!
The handle IS a bit wobbly, as mentioned by others. But there are instructions on how to tighten the handle.There is no drip. It is weighted very well, (noticeable when using other cafetières!)It is beautiful and solid.However...I had a problem with cracks on the handle. JL did agree to exchange but the product was out of stock.I did not hear back about an exchange, (despite emails), so have requested a refund. Not yet resolved.
Lovely design and keeps the tea hot. However the plunger is not fit for purpose - the screw attaching it to the post is too small and keeps coming off. The plunger wobbles so it doesn't catch all the tea leaves so was using a tea strainer as well. Return it quickly if yours starts to develop these symptons to get a refund (I left it too late). For nearly £100, I expected much more.
I really like the look of this cafetiere. It keeps coffee hot for quite some time and is a great pourer. Unfortunately, like another reviewer, I have a slightly wobbly handle. There seems to be a fundamental flaw in the way the handle attaches to the pot, which is disappointing for such a minimal design. There's also a flaw next to the lip of the spout, a small dip where there should be a smooth line. Otherwise, a good item.
