I bought this perhaps 2 years ago or so (could be less), but now upgraded to 3060. It has been used mildly (no game for me) and hasn t been used the last 3 months or so. It is in perfect condition and comes in the original packing. It is priced to sell favorably to the buyer. No original box for this one. Sorry. Please ask any questions before buying. Thanks.

What's great is this card qualified for the EVGA step up program which secured me a guaranteed way to get a RTX 3080 card when available.

I managed to grab this card during the great apocalypse for a very decent price. It runs well at 1080p but I wouldn't recommend at 4K. Temperatures and noise are this cards main drawback, while playing 7 days to die on medium settings I find the card frequently reaches the 83C barrier I set and when reaching around 70C the single fan is begins to be pushed a bit too hard causing quite a racket. The loud fan can be combatted with some good noise cancelling headphones and the high temperature I believe will always be a problem for demanding games but could be combatted by more fans of a high quality. So as long as you aren't after ultra settings extreme high quality gameplay and don't usually play very demanding games it is a good choice. This card is a major upgrade for me. The card it's replacing is an ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 960 on an ASUS Z390-A motherboard. Without a doubt every single aspect using graphics on this PC has upgraded. I have read both the positive and negative comments about this card on Newegg. It seems to me that both positive and negative comments have one thing in common: This card runs hot. The negative comments mention the heat as well as the fact that the cooling section on this card is from the 1660 EVGA series repurposed for this card. -It says right on the box that this card was literally created to use with ... MoreI've been using this card for around five days now and it handles anything I throw at it with ease. The negative comments mention the heat as well as the fact that the cooling section on this card is from the 1660 EVGA series repurposed for this card. -It says right on the box that this card was literally created to use with EVGA's Precision X1. At idle with Precision X1 this card stays between 30-40 Celsius. Under load this card has not once exceeded 72 Degrees. Which is absolutely optimal. X1 allows you to pick the power level you want to run at. At 100% the target Temp is 83 Celsius. At like 92% power the Temp level is around 72 Celsius. When I set at 100% Power the Temp has never gone beyond 72 Celsius. In other words IF YOU ARE USING THIS CARD WITHOUT PRECISION X1, THIS IS LIKELY WHY YOU ARE HAVING HEAT ISSUES OR YOUR CASE AIRFLOW SUCKS. I've had literally no issues with Temps in this card with Precision X1. You can lower the power of this card with precision X1 which will dramatically lower temps easily. Before posting negative comments I would strongly suggest troubleshooting first. If you cannot find the reason for the problems contact EVGA directly. I use an EVGA G3 Supernova 750 watt PSU and this EVGA Card. I've never had any problems with EVGA stuff and have been using various EVGA stuff for 10+ years. This card comes with a 3 year warranty. Contact them for help and perhaps they can fix the issues BEFORE you start posting negative unnecessary comments. EDIT: most of the above still applies. I have decent FPS in most games weeks after first use. However, the 2060 CAN handle more power and better overclock speeds. This is why the card is so cheap. If you are in dire need of an upgrade from like a 600-900 series GTX card, this would be an upgrade but nowhere near as good as other cards that CAN be overclocked properly beyond nvidia specs very likely because they reused cooling section from a 1660 instead of giving it a proper cooler...another reason why it's cheap!

Great for it's time during shortage but a pass now
28 September 2022

Decent pick at the time during a GPU shortage but wouldn't have been my first pick. The KO Ultra is just a poorly binned 2080 (i think?) with power inefficiencies and high temps. Features for overclocking, monitoring, undervolting is very limited. Overall, a reg 2060 would be a better pick or upgrade to 2060 Super or newer gen.

One of the best Mid-Tier GPUs out there

I'll keep this short as I can. I had a 5-ish year old GTX 970. It was still running like a charm, but obviously a bit outdated with newer games and playing at higher settings was heating it up quite a bit. After 6 days of reading reviews, comparing 8 different products from 3 different companies, I've decided on the RTX 2060 as the ideal upgrade for the following reasons:Pros:- Brand: EVGA is highly rated for making great products and one of the best Custom Support teams out there. MSI was a second place but still not happy about reviews on their Customer Support.- Age: Just over 1 year old, it should last another good 5 for me. I know what I was looking for, it wasn't the top of the range but not too far either.- Technology & Performance: RTX is the new way to go really.. I use it for moderate gaming and game development. So far it has not exceeded 54 Celsius but I've yet to finalise a level with Ray-Tracing lighting & Shadows. I expect it to hold at a steady 60-ish with no lag.- Size: well, from the GTX 970, anything is smaller so it fit perfectly in my case- Ports: It had the ideal ports for me. I'm running 2 screens (1 DP, 1 DVI) and a TV when I feel like kicking it on the couch (HDMI). So far it hasn't shown any frame drop or lag running all 3 screens. Game on the TV, UE4 project running on screen 1, Video playing on 3 (this was a stress test).- It is compatible with the Corsair Hydro X liquid cooling system.Cons:- Many will just argue why not spend a bit extra and get a 2070 or 2080. MONEY! It's not that "little extra"- Many will claim it's a low-tier card. It is not. It's a Mid-Tier. Those people probably won't settle for anything less than dual RTX TITAN anyway- At the writing of this review, there don't seem to be any 100% compatible GPU Cooling brackets for the 2060. There are some that are partially compatible and can be "forced" with some tinkering. Hopefully someone will come up with one. Alternatively, find a 3D metal printing shop and design your own to work with a Corsair H series.Conclusion. DO YOUR RESEARCH! What are you upgrading from, what is your budget, what are your needs? If you know these answers, then you can start searching for the right GPU for you. I hope my review helps.

Performed beyond my expectations
6 June 2020

We purchased this card for my first gaming PC. I specifically ordered an RTX card because I wanted to be able to run Minecraft with RTX. Now beforehand, I had viewed gameplay performance videos and expected it to be playable with an RTX 2060, but not incredibly smooth. (This is due to the fact that the path-tracing system implemented in Minecraft is the most performance intensive implementation of this technology to date.) I expected around 40-60 fps, and not very often reaching 60. This card performed FAR better than I expected. I booted up the game and opened a new world from scratch, and was blown away by my framerate, which was 60-70 fps at all times, very occasionally hitting as high as 80. Even when I raised the other graphics settings higher than the recommended maximum for this beta, I still often didn't dip under 60 fps. I don't know if this radical difference in performance was due to the way the cards were tested, whether EVGA's model of this chipset is just more powerful, or whether I somehow got a card from the best of the stock, but either way, I was very happily blown away by my performance. It was at never any point, unplayable. As far as other games go, this card performs admirably. I'm running at 1080p with a target of 1444hz when I can get it, and the great thing is that a lot of the time, I can. Fortnite can run 144hz with all the settings maxed no problem, Minecraft Java Edition could still hit 144 fps a lot of the time even while running SEUS Renewed shaders, and Overwatch can run at a good 90-110 fps with all the options maxed, and if I were to set them even slightly lower, I could reach a steady 144fps. The only other thing I should mention about this card is that at the time of writing this review, if you register this card with EVGA you can receive free copies of Deliver Us The Moon: Fortuna and GRIP: Combat Racing for free, both of which I've tried on this machine and run extremely well. The former, particularly, is worth note as it also supports ray-tracing and with all the graphical options maxed it rarely dipped below 90-100 fps, with the most resource intensive-scenes not even dipping below 60. (I've only played a portion of it, however, so it might become more intensive later on. ) To sum up my review, if you're looking for a cheap RTX card to run Minecraft RTX, I can't recommend this enough. With the performance I've gotten outside of that, it only gets better, and according to SteamVR Performance Test, this card is far more than ready for VR. And considering that it comes with two free and very good games, if you're looking to buy an RTX 2060, this may very well be as good as it gets. - Written by the 16 year-old grandson of the purchaser.

Really great value
16 January 2021

For my first build i went with this 2060 KO Ultra and its pretty decent for the performance it cranks out. At 1440p I was consistently getting 150-180 at ultra on games like Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends and fortnite. I would imagine you would crank out over 200 fps at 1080p on ultra or lower settings. for a small little card though this thing would get hot in my mini itx case. Although this did not affect performance, it was getting up to 84 degrees on full load which is not maxed out but mind you, I had a H1 and the thermals on that case are not the best to begin with. I tried it once with Quake 2 RTX and it was sluggish at 25 fps. yes it traced rays but are you really going toOverall this has been a great card for the amount i paid for it. personally id put this in a mATX case but it will fin in an ITX case

Working out for me
1 September 2021

Got this just before all hell broke loose. Had i know all hell was gonna break loose, i would have got the 2070 super i was eyeing instead of waiting dor the 30 series card that i still dont have. But this thing is holding me down. Powering a 49in 1440p super ultra wide and a 35in 1440p ultrawide. Not at their full potential (refresh rates down) but still. Im very satisfied working (for the most part) and playing (for the most part). I still need a 3070 or better to fully utilize my current system, still hoping for a 3080 at a reasonable price. But this little guy has certainly impressed me.

Works great, bought refurbished too

So I went to Micro-center to pick up a new graphics card for my PC cause I was running with a 960 and my piece of junk couldn’t even get a solid 30 frames on abysmal settings so I knew it was time for an upgrade. I had no trouble finding the graphics cards as I was greeted at the front door with directions and hand sanitizer which smelled like lavender and man I love lavender. When I got to the Graphic Cards I was greeted again by a nearby employee who asked me if I needed any help so I explained to him my situation as I came looking for a 1660 and not a 2060 but I was recommended the newer product for various reasons explained to me which convinced me to look at other options, and after that the kind gentleman looked up the in-stock number of 2060 graphic cards. He left and returned at sonic speed, and in his hand he had a beautiful piece of technology, the best part? He informed me not only did he find what we were looking for but it was refurbished, tested, approved AND 20% off. The wonderful sir recommended to me a replacement plan but honestly his eyes were so blue I got lost in them in the middle of his explanation so I just shook my head and nodded as he smiled handing me the sheet with the plan, when I looked down and saw the number circled was much cheaper then I thought! But sadly it wasn’t his phone number. Let’s just say when I got home after my installation and hopped into a game of warzone, I was a happy camper :)

works fantastic! really like it for the value and price point. it was plug and play, with no issues at all. one thing that did concern me was the fans did not kick on (my lack of knowledge on new gpus) but after i booted up a game they worked just fine. (just a little side note if you upgarde form an older gpu) but it does perform very good, used to get 40-60 max fps on my 1050 with demanding games (assetto corsa, minecraft etc) but now i can run max setting with almost 200 fps.
