L-Arginine is a well know supplement to boost mental alertness which can aid in those high intensity training. Citrulline is also another booster that helps with strength training. The benefit of having both of these ingredients mixed with water or your favorite drink is great!I like to drink half of the mix 15 minutes before and intra-workout.

Great product. What I like most about this product is because I had the expected effects. I use this in my pre-workout smoothie which gives me more energy during training. The ingredient has no flavor and doesn't interfere with the taste. Great quality on this product. It makes the difference.

I have found that by combing these two ingredients they work synergistically in conjunction with one another giving my body what it needs when I am doing HIIT workouts in the weight room. This supplement truly helps in my training and will be a part of my diet from here on out. It taste like nothing but do wished it was flavorful but I guess not having all that artificial crap is great!! I do add it to a clean pre workout that I do take and about 20 mins into the exercise I do feel it working for me. I have low levels of testosterone and this combination of L-Arginine and L-Citrulline is perfect for me.

I love that I was finally able to find a powdered version of pure l-citrulline and l-arginine. This way you thats all you get and it doesn't have any flow agents like magnesium sterate/etc. The taste is almost tasteless, dissolves easily in water as well. But I just take a scoop and put it in my mouth and take a swig of water, much easier and faster that way. The benefits is that it helps with the "pump" during a workout or even just going for a walk or hike. Heck I sometimes take it even if im not excercising and just want to get some blood flow going, especially if your stuck at a desk all day or are unable to get out and exercise. Great pre-workout to add to your regime. It's unflavored so you can mix it with what you are currently taking for a boost. I like to take it with some BCAA's right before I workout and it's just enough for me for a pre-workout and not too overstimulating like many pre-workouts are. Mixes good and does the job. EVL has high quality ingredients and it definetly works. Give it a try.
I looked for l-arginine supplements for my trainings and workout. I liked here the ingredients compound - nothing excess. That is important for me very much. So I take it after fitness. The size of package is great. Taste is neutral, ok. I don’t know if it has benefit yet, need to take a bit longer.
