We returned it because it was huge and very heavy. Unfortunately Felco doesn’t make a left handed pruner for women with small hands.

I've used Felco number 2 secateurs for 20 years. I am left handed and was curious as to how the left hand specific Felco 10 performed. The Felco 10 model took me several weeks to get used to using after using right handed models for 20 years. This is neither a pro or a con, just an observation. The open/close lock on the right side of the unit is the hardest thing to get used to but as for a left hander it's perfectly placed and never is accidentally closed/locked as per the right handed Felco 2 models. The pivoting lower grip works very well to easy repeat strain injury and also assists to limit hand soreness when using the secateurs for hours at a time. However, the pivoting handle did pop out from it's mount once but popped right back in again. I suspect this is ... MoreI've used Felco number 2 secateurs for 20 years. As per Felco number 10 units the blades are truly excellent, the bypass mechanism is first class, the handles close very narrow and close so they suit small hands and the return spring is perfectly tensioned to make prolonged use a pleasure. In summary I do not regret purchasing the left hand specific model and will use them extensively until no doubt I'll misplace them (again) If you are left handed and already like using Felco right handed secateurs like the Model number2 that I also use then I'd stick to the right handed model simply because mechanically they are perfect - as good as a pair of secateurs gets - if you are left handed and want to upgrade to a high end pair of left hand specific secateurs then I can recommend these Model 10 Felcos.

Staff were very helpful in finding the right item for my needs, and when I did need to return it, the replacement came promptly. I am still waiting for some money to be refunded though. I'd say the email communication could be better.

Great quality great price and had benefit of using Felco over many yesrd
High quality as you woudl expect
I have just bought these as a Christmas present for our left handed daughter - she had asked for some, without specifying brand... So I found these, at a remarkably good price for a consistently reliable tool. I was bought a pair as a present from my parents, about 45 years ago if not longer and they're still going strong. It's probably about time for an overhaul - but worth every penny!
Lovely secateurs, second one after 25 years of service.
Came across these little beasties and was mightily impressed to see they decided to look after the other 10-15%...us lefties. Have used Felco2 for 20 odd years around home, and now using the Felco17 in a commercial setting, pruning macadamia. Can use all day, and with rolling left handle, no blisters. Great product, as you would expect from this brand.
