The Fellow Stagg EKG temperature control electric smart kettle is a minimalist designed gooseneck kettle packed with features that allows you to brew your matcha tea and loose leaf teas at the optimal water temperature best suited for your tea. The long gooseneck spout gives you complete control over the speed and placement of your water pour. The analogue-style dial allows you to twist and set water temperature between 57 to 100° C, with the reading on the LCD display. The convenient built-in stopwatch means you can easily and accurately track steep time for your chosen loose-leaf teas such as Sencha and Gyokuro which are sensitive to precise steeping. A thoughtful 'HOLD' toggle on the back of the base unit, allows you to hold the temperature for 1 hour.
