Fellowes LX201 Powershred Micro-Cut Shredder

The shredder is effective and does exactly what it is intended for very well.

Very quiet running, it’s nice to use a bag to collect the waste, only concern is if it dies jam up how would I remove the issue, apart from that light and sense bar good, I have had many shreddders and I really like this one, it looks nice in the room not to overpowering, you can lock the wheels. It’s a nice bit of kit.

Great shredder - replaced a shredder that overheated quickly and this one hasn’t done that at all. Shreds quickly and finely and deals well with staples. Occasional jams but easy to fix and less than old shredder. Nice big bin for the shredded paper.

After much checking I purchased a Fellowes LX201 shredder and I am not disappointed. Good, understandable information came with the device and it is easy to operate. If you wish to make private written information safe, then shredding it with one of these machines will ensure that information is no use to anybody.

Having gone through a lot of cheap (ish) shredders I wanted a reliable shredder that would look good in my study and would last/work well.I saw the LX201, researched it (and many others) and decided to go for the LX201 in white.First impressions, it looks beautiful and is well made. It's on wheels so easy to move and looks more professional. It comes with a small oil and some shedding bags if you want to use them. Personally I just keep reusing the same bag and only use it for ease if emptying.I have shredded the equivalent of two shredding bags full of paper now, as I had a backlog, and am very impressed with the ability of the shredder. Great Shredder

Replacement for another brand of shredder which constantly jammed. The Fellowes shredder is quiet, quick and does not jam. The coloured light bar gives clear status information and is really helpful. The size of the paper pieces that come out is amazingly small. Would highly recommend.
