The Platinumb Series Dual Monitor Arm is great! At first I was worried that I wouldn't be able to assemble this by myself but it was easy. I am able to place both monitors where they can be easily seen and the attachment for the desk is very sturdy. Great setup to have. The USB ports are a nice extra. This is a high quality dual monitor arm. It is relatively easy to set up and largely comes assembled besides the table mount. The built in USB ports in the base are innovative and useful, but they may require separate cable length extenders to reach your computer, depending on your situation. I also think USB-C ports, rather than USB-A, would be nice. The mount itself is stable and easy to adjust. I wish the arms themselves were a bit longer, but that is only because one of my monitors is an ultra wide. Overall, this is a good product.
I received this product free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. The quality of the monitor arms feels premium. I like the tension in the arm. It is easy to move up and down. I wish the arm cushions that contact the desk are permanently attached, instead of stickers. I am afraid I would lose the cushions when I move the arms. In my video, I was worried about the computer clamp would beat up my desk, but there is no damage so far. Great Monitor arms overall.

The Fellowes Platinum Series Adjustable Dual Monitor Arm was the answer to my need. The product is well made, very strong. My older 24" HP monitors are heavy, they are 17.9 pounds each. That is .3 pounds each more than the recommended maximum weight for this product which is 17.6 pounds. However, I have no issues with the support of them. I found no change overtime with the set height or tilt. Be advised that to get the support of these heavy monitors, you will need to turn the height strength adjustment screw several times and tighten the tilt bolt a bit. This dual-monitor arm has some cool features and works well. I would recommend it, but I think the engineers should have put slightly more thought into it. For example, it has 2 USB ports with 2 wire to extend your existing USB. I don't really need this feature and don't want 2 wires hanging off the back. This should be removable and a plug should be included to fill the gap. Also, the clamp was slightly too small for the smaller setting and slightly too big on the bigger setting - requiring me to use an extra piece of metal as a shim. (I have a Sauder Palladia L-Shaped desk fyi.) That aside, it is a good price, sturdy, and from a quality company. Thanks!
Followed Platinum Series Dual Flat Panel Monitor Arms work well for holding my monitors up on my desk. It was a little time consuming setting everything up with the brackets on the back of the monitors and getting it all installed. After everything was said and done they do a good job. There is no sag after tightening each monitor because of the weight. I really like the dual USB ports but I really think they should both work with just one cord extension. Each USB port has a separate cord to connect to the pc. It’s convenient to have the USB ports right there at the base. Good to have when you want a dual monitor set up.
