This looks like a white tablet size of a penny or smaller, but it's Chewable so it'll be nice to those who's having trouble swallowing pills. Tastes tangy and a little sweet but not too strong. It's like a fruit in a tablet, so close to a candy. I love that it doesn't have an aftertaste. This is good iron supplement.

Many years ago our doctor said both my wife and I were anemic and told us to take iron pills and he specified "FERGON" iron pills. He said Fergon brand was the best. My iron levels were really low after my doc ordered blood work so I researched one that didn't upset my digestive system. These came out on top so I ordered a bottle and they are very gentle. You do need to take on empty stomach so I wait an hour before breakfast as iron isn't absorbed well with food.

I started taking this because when I was younger and bodybuilding, I would get pimples on my back. Found this over the counter and started taking them and voila, no more pimples. Even helps with jock itch and athletes feet. Ferrous sulfate doesn’t do the same. Just don’t take too much.
