Firstly the service from Appliance Online was amazing. Cant get better.However there was some issues with the oven from install. The indicator light (the little light that lets you know it has reached temperature) wasn't working. Contact Appliance Online, great customer service, they had F&P contact me straight away. The technician came out. Told me the plate in the front was incorrect and needed to be replace (i.e. the light was working the hold didn't line up). It took weeks to get the part. The tech was back out to replace.Then I started noticing the oven was tripping. The clock kept going off. The oven doesn't work if the clock isn't set. It was happening every few days (oven off or on) then was happening more and more. While trying to cook a roast for Easter ... MoreFirstly the service from Appliance Online was amazing. We bought this unit recently to compliment all our other F&P Appliances. We knew the unit we wanted and decided to source it thru AOL. Good choice.
I have not been surprised, since I checked out a few ovens before buying, but Fisher & Paykel do a good job of design. It has more USABLE capacity, reliable door hardware, intuitive controls and just the features you need - better than many Euro brands that charge a whole lot more just for their name.
The heat-up time is reasonable. The functions button is clearly labelled
Moved into our new retirem,ent home in an over 55's village and the new home had all Fisher & Paykel appliances the wall oven is fantastic, great even heat, cooks items really well and based on our old oven in our prteviousd home this is a winner....
