Very disappointed with my new fridge.From the moment it was turned on it started beeping at random intervals.I researched the problem on the internet and Fisher & Paykel website and tried all of the recommended fixes. Unfortunately the beeping continued. Fisher & Paykel sent out a technician, who couldn’t fix the “common problem”, instead he deactivated the Alarm function. I hope I never accidentally leave the door open….Very disappointed!

I have had a Fisher & Paykel fridge for over 25 years. It never missed a beat. Loved it from the first day I bought it from a friend. When it broke down a couple of months ago and the part was no longer made, I decided to replace it with the same product. There have been a few changes over the years but I am delighted with the new fridge. It is quiet and the freezer is great with the new roll out drawers.I now have the new fridge and about 12 months ago the new washing machine. Both fabulous products.

Purchased the fridge 3 months ago to replace a 30-year old one. It just fits into the kitchen space - the top, left and right sides. No other brand with similar capacity can fit or is narrow enough to pass through the kitchen entrance. It accommodates much more stuff than the previous fridge with 412L. It is very quiet. Internal light is bright. Temperature is alright. No problem so far. Recommend.

The positives: Once again, great service from Appliances Online. Over all, it’s a reasonably good basic fridge. It has plenty of door space and the layout allows plenty of storage for it’s modest size. The freezer drawers are handy.The negatives: We were surprised to find it a little noisy. But the big negative has to be the thin steel panels on the doors. It dents like a coke can!! Why are they making fridges these days that dent so easily? We have teen and adult children, not toddlers on tricycles, and the fridge looks terrible. After only 6 months of use we have relegated it to the garage.
We have lived with this awful fridge/freezer for over 18 months and I ready to throw the thing in the river. Whoever approved the design of the freezer shelves needs to be removed. We are constantly having to fix it as they keep coming off. This has put pressure on the doors and led to the freezer being open all night because of the faulty shelf design. I am never buying another F&P appliance or shopping at HN again.
I have purchased 2 versions of this fridge since it was first on the market and I love it - I even bought one for my holiday house. It has worked beautifully, groaning under Christmas meal preparations for 25 people and hummed along happily half empty. It is spacious, easy to see everything, and I love the customizable door niches. My first one never needed repair and lasted well over 12 years. I would buy it again and again.
I've had this for a year now and saved a fortune! The amazingly precise temperature control means the food stays fresh at least twice as long as my previous fridge, so I save every week with lower food wastage. It's so quiet I open the door to check that it's still on, and it's just a boon to have. It's my first 'upside down' fridge and the deep freezer drawers will fit everything I want in them. This fridge is absolutely worth raving about. Great look, great quality, great efficiency, great performance - 11/10 stars.
1st top mounted fridge we have had. It is very convenient & less bending required. Good layout, spacious & bright when open. Easy to clean. The alarm when door left open is great. Freezer space is adequate for us. We chose the brand based on their good reputation. So far we are not disappointed. This is a welcome replacement from our 25 year old fridge.
Fridge is a great size, all fruit and veg seems to keep fresh for a long time. Have had fridge for over a month now. Bottom pull out draws don't come out as far as I would like, can be tricky to get veg out of the back of the tub without taking the whole tub out of the fridge. Fridge door does not stay open and is always trying to close on itself while you are in the fridge. Small concerns but wouldn't have picked another fridge over this. Very good quality.

I went for the stainless steel this time and I’m very happy with its finish. The doors are stainless steel but the sides are a different finish and it all blends in beautifully and is easy to keep clean. The interior of this one has the adjustable controls to the front whereas in the last one they were at the back which made them harder to reach. Another design improvement is the led light which lights up the whole fridge well so you can easily see those things that end up at the back. I like having the freezer at the bottom as you open it far less often than the fridge so it makes sense to have easier access to the fridge section. The freezer drawers are of a size which make it easy to locate items.
