I've had this cooktop for almost 2 years and the knobs have failed and been replaced twice. Writing this review after they have failed a third time! It's also very fiddly to get the burners to ignite even when the knobs are working, it can take several tries. Clearly a poor design that should have never made it to market.

I recently purchased a new Fisher & Paykel CG604CNGX2 60cm Natural Gas Cooktop as my old one is also Fisher & Paykel, I found the new one good in looks and easy to use, the technician from Appliances Onlin is very good at installing it.
The wok burner is awesome & you can use it for many other pots & pans on low. Also you can use all of the burners at once, a well designed cook top which is so easy to clean.
My twelve year old Fisher and Payless needed replacement and I chose to keep the same type and brand as it suits my purpose.
I bought this in February 2018. The knobs on this cooktop are of very poor quality. I have replaced the knobs three times and they keep breaking. HN have been helpful sourcing the knobs. Never buying Fisher Paykel again.
The cooktop was poor quality and was delivered damaged. The after service from F and P was below standard and no attempt was made to replace the item urgently. We decided to buy a Bosch cooktop instead.
I received a broken Wok stand...The stove is good and work very well but I was disappointed that the Wok stand is broken out of the box and I am quite busy with work to be able to go and ask for replacements.
While l love F & P products and have had them in our home for over 45 years, the quality of the cooktop is disappointing. It arrived scratched 'stainless steel' is just that, stainless, and this product certainly isn't. To keep it looking nice requires not only wiping after each use but regularly using a stainless steel cleaner on it. The wok burner has a detachable top which is great because it is more useful, and the electric lighters for the elements are also great. Bottom line is you get what you pay for!
easy to use and clean.though from time to time, I can smell gas around the stove. I'm pretty sure it's all turned off property so don't know why..
