So far so good! However, the electrician who installed it didnt tell me that the top of the oven was heavily dented. I h noticed it with the gas fitter when he came and installed my cooktop. Though the oven is working, I am disappointed.to find out in that condition. I wonder if the person dented it or it was dented in storage. I am disappointed because it wasnt pointed out to me. Its very obvious and deep.

So I am up for a new oven, AND probably over $3000 for additional electricity charges for this bill and the next.Turns out my “cheap” oven has turned out to be very expensive.....

Functions exactly as described and is a huge step up from my 20 year old oven. Love the 2 sliding rails, the meat probe, the cool touch door and the beeper to let me know when the selected temperature has been reached. Its very large, I often have 3 shelves of food cooking at the same time. I havent tried the auto-cook or self clean functions yet. It comes with additional shelves, a roasting pan and a biscuit tray.

We have bought 3 of these ovens from The Good Guys over recent years to upgrade existing lesser ovens. One of the best things is how easy it is to read the cooking programmes and the temperature control. There are 2 knobs that light up functions the second you turn them. The first does functions, the second sets the temperature. The styling looks great in our kitchen, with simple clean lines that match our other F&P appliances. The ovens are also easy to clean, and removing the door glass is intuitive and i didn't even need to read the directions. The last oven we replaced was a cheap brand that we couldn't even work out how to turn on! I have an F&P French door Fridge that is now about 18 years old and has never skipped a beat, and still looks better than the other brand modern fridges!
Buy instore for best customer service. DO NOT order online! good guys delivery and install service is the worst. Took 2 weeks of back and forth with contractors to find out what was going on and Goodguys have a Telstra style automated customer service now. Oven is amazing 2nd time owning one, seal is solid and resilient. Glass is cool to touch for little ones, you can have food on every level and it will cook evenly. Good oven.
Cant say enough how much I am enjoying this oven. It is so simplistic to use and the LEDs look great when on/light-up. One little great surprise I didnt know about when I bought it is that once you set the desired temperature, the display will swap between that and actual temp inside so you know exactly what the oven temperature is at.I also love that it has come with 3 shelves. Allows me to keep the tray of vegetables off the bottom of the oven. The teloscopic shelf is amazing to with lifting large trays/roasts in/out.Have cooked a number of roasts now from slow cooked lamb, roast beef to Pork Belly with crackling and everything has come out amazing.Its just a great oven overall and looks amazing in my new kitchen.

The day after it was installed, came into the kitchen and the oven was on, couldn't turn it off so had to flick the main switch. Went through the start up program again, thought all was good. Then it got stuck on one setting and again couldn't turn it off, had to flick the switch. Reported to the Good Guys and they were fantastic arranged to have it swapped for a new one, it did take some time, understandable in the current situation. The new one was installed two months later. You wouldn't believe it. It did exactly the same as the first one. Filmed it, it was like it was possessed, as I thought, no one is going to believe this. It took me a while to find an oven in stock so I ended up with this one by pure chance but am glad I did. It is easy to use. I havent tried the pyrolytic function yet but am very pleased with the cooking results so far. It has useful unexpected features like the Pizza feature. It came with plenty of racks. Ill be trying out all the features eventually!
We bought this oven through Pakenham Good Guys. Excellent service, prompt delivery and good price. Would recommend them highly. The oven is performing very well. The variety of functions lets you crisp the outsides with a soft inside, eg for chips. The light allows you to see how items are cooking and you can adjust the function if necessary. Great pizza. Very fast warm up. Very easy, clear controls.
We haven't really had time to put this new oven through its paces. We are just starting to wean ourselves off take-aways and eating out because we had to wait so many months until you could come to install the new oven, probably because Christmas got in the way. We even had to cancel Christmas dinner and do something entirely different. Why don't you ask us for feedback when we have actually baked or roasted something. So far all we have done is heat up a deep frozen Shepherd's Pie and crisp up some Taco shells. So, at this point, all I can tell you is the buttons all work, it crisps up well, it defrosts deep frozen pre packaged meals well. We can tell when the oven is ready to use.
