I bought this 6 months ago for myself. I renovated some of my kitchen for it to fit to size and it looks wonderful in the white stainless steel.Cooks perfectly everything. I cook and bake more than I ever did before and it doesnt let me done ever.The only feedback I have is around the instructions for the rapid proof setting. The manual is super vague and has next to no information on how to use the setting itself. Other than that, its i hope the last oven i’ll ever have to buy.

This cooker replaces our old cooker and is a huge step up in quality. The gas top is excellent especially the dual wok burner.The oven is excellent with several cooking functions that really make a difference. For example our old cooker would take 25-30 mins to cook a pizza, the pizza function on the new oven creates a perfect crispy pizza in 15 mins. Excellent lighting from four internal lights. Very quiet and the triple glazed glass at the front makes the oven cool to touch on the outside whereas our previous oven leaked so much heat it would be like standing in front of a furnace in summer.Overall build quality is exceptional.Highly recommended

The gas cooktop is amazing and the fan forced oven is a dream, especially the pizza function. However, the door had scratches on it and I was informed a replacement door would be provided. After six months and emails sent, I have not heard from the store. Great product, would buy another yet maybe not from The Good Guys.

Do not recommend to buy this oven. The very top of the range and it’s already got issues 15 months in with Fisher Paykel playing hard ball. I haven’t been able to use my oven now for 4 weeks as I’m awaiting on Fisher Paykel.Oven is manufactured in Indonesia which you can tell the quality isn’t there. Having a Delonghi oven for the past 14 years Fisher Paykel is no where near the quality it should.If you hang a tea towel on the front the water stains the front of the oven. It’s hard to clean the burners.Very disappointing to say the least giving I’ve spent triple on a oven and expected it to last longer than 15 months.
We bought this stove at 40% off, so a super deal. E has to pay upfront and then wait about 3 month but it was definitely worth it. I do not understand the business model but for us it was a bargain!! Prompt delivery once stick was confirmed, courteous guys who picked up our old stove at the same time. I can highly recommend this business and would buy the again.
We brought this to replace previous cooker, it slipped easily into the existing spot. Oven is so quiet, and every mode used so far works perfectly. It has so many functions that I haven't used them all yet; Pizza mode is fantastic! I am really enjoying using it.
First time user of induction cooker and regretted not purchasing one earlier. After many years of gas cooking, the F&P induction cooker took a short time to get use to. The power of each stove is near instantaneous. The F&P stainless steel looks fantastic and build quality is premium. Cleaning is an absolute breeze.
Be prepared for a hefty electrician's bill, I had to have a Level 2 sparky & another sparky to do installion. Work included upgrade of fuse at junction where overhead power lines connect to house, meter box upgrade plus run 10mm cable from meter box to cooker. All of this was to ensure the fuse didn't blow while using several different electrical things at the same time, i. e. All of cooktop, oven, ducted air,etc. I wouldn't like my chances of getting a Level 2 out on Christmas Day to replace the overhead power line junction fuse.I have had this cooker for a few months but couldn't a level 2 to do the work until a couple of weeks ago.I'm still navigating all of the functions & this is the first induction cooktop I've had but I think as I do more I will come to love ... MoreBe prepared for a hefty electrician's bill, I had to have a Level 2 sparky & another sparky to do installion. Oven has been in use for about 3-4 occasions and one of the burner rings had a stain . Tried removing it like any other times with soap but the stain was in the metal itself . Called F&P customer service and after a few E mail's it was deemed it was my fault ,that whatever I was cooking had tarnished the metal. ( I did not think i was cooking anything toxic and I can assured them it was just normal cooking).Anyway the best part of this is when I decided to purchase the part , I was told they will have to order it in and not sure when but just call back in 2-3 weeks and I will get an update. I was expecting them to take my number and call me back . The oven is fantastic, I’ve never had an oven that cooks so beautifully, and specifically the 2 fans in this oven rotate in opposite ways which means even distribution of heat across the oven. You can’t really stuff up a meal! My only criticism is that the knobs that operate the ignition of the hot plate are really tough and need a serious push with a few seconds hold to ignite the burner. Particularly the central wok burner. Apparently this is because the strength of the heat created in this burner is second only to the Franke cooker and hence a really sturdy spring is required to achieve resistance to ignite the burner. (Annoying but it is what it is) Initially getting in touch with F&P was a total nightmare (I thought there was something not right with my hot plate as I couldn’t get a couple of burners going at all at one stage hence the call) when they did finally get back to me after I had to write to them over a social media platform days later after not being able to get through to anyone at the call centre, they quite promptly sent a repair person over to have a look. The repairman made a few tweaks to the knobs but still I find the ignition process difficult and see this as room for improvement in terms of the design and engineering of this oven. This issue aside though, it’s gorgeous to look at, easy to clean, obviously well made using quality materials, (as confirmed by the person who came out to attempt repair) just a shame about the hot plate itself otherwise this would be a total winner.
