This is just what I needed to get back to a good nights sleep. I tried adjusting the old one, buying different mouth/nose pieces, etc. It turned out, the headgear just needs to be replaced. Ordering was easy, shipping cost, reasonable, recieved it quickly with problems.
Full face mask labeled a M/L, not a true large.Not happy that the size is not a true large as it does not fit well.
Never got my supplies still think I'm being ripped off been a month still only got cloth strap for 200 bucks. Where is my supplies!!!! Worst service ever!!!
Simplus Mask that is awsome and conformable to sleep sides both.
So far the mask and head gear are meeting my expectations. It is very user friendly.
The product itself was very good. However, I was very disappointed in the cost for this device.
Needed a new sleep mask and researched various ones. I tried this company for the first time, and I can happily say that I like this new mask better than the ones I have had for years. I will be getting more of these and recommend others to try them too.
