Fjällräven Räven 20L Backpack Purple

This backpack is fantastic! I needed a professional looking, travel friendly backpack and this checked all the boxes. Has just enough pockets and organization that I can carry all of my essentials and more. Straps are comfortable enough that 10 lbs feels like 5 in the bag.

I bought cheaper backpacks for my two oldest sons for school last year and both had mesh pockets on the sides for water bottles. Before school was over their water bottles had completely wore through the mesh pockets from being slung around on the bus. This year I searched everywhere to find a backpack that had solid pockets on the sides and these were perfect! The pockets are the same thick canvas as the rest of the back pack. The entire bag is such good quality and after using them for almost 3 months so far they still look brand new. I really love all of the interior zip pockets which were a nice surprise because you can't really see them in the pictures. I got the 20L size for my 1st and 2nd graders and the size is perfect. To me they looked bigger in the pictures and I was worried they'd be too big for them to carry since they're made for adults, but with the straps on the shorter lengths they fit really good. Adjusting the straps to longer both me and my husband can wear them comfortably, but it does look smaller on my husband. They do hold quite a bit though and full size binders will fit. I definitely see these lasting for quite a few years, and really like the classic neutral colors that will still be loved as they grow older.

I bought this for college and in my test runs with it, the bag has held up very well. In addition to its good durability, the bag is very well organized, several pockets that are well placed so you don’t feel as if you’ll end up using only one space.
