Each Signature comes ready with a stainless steel screen, our Bottomless 2-in-1 Portafilter, and our custome pressure gauge, to produce the very best in espresso. Pressure Kit Model (Black or White): Upgrades to include our custom pressure gauge, with a targeted range for espresso between 6-9 BAR, exactly that needed to brew cafe-quality shots. Also includes a piston stem and a stainless steel plunger. The Pressure Kit allows for immediate feedback while brewing, to aid in targeting a well-balanced and precise extraction. Regardless of which Flair Signature you choose, you can be confident in the quality of shot as all use the same mechanics.
