After a recent septoplasty, turbinectomy & rhinoplasty this absolutely helped!! Cleared my nasal passages of the mucosal build up and assisted in clearing my nose! Have used it for over a month and absolutely recommend it!! It is a unpleasant at first but stick with it as it actually makes life more pleasant up high in your nasal passage and removes the pressure high in your sinuses! A+ from me!

I recently have a endoscopic sinus surgery and i used this product because it was recommended by my surgeon and this product helps free my nasal passage from mucus and dried blood, and it does not hurt or sting my nose at all. I definitely recommend this product.

I used this kit after having a septoplasty and a adenoidectomy and also had my turbinate reduction. It didn't really do anything at all. I have been using it for a while with practically no results. My surgery itself didn't even work and I still cannot breathe through my nose but this kit couldn't remove the blood or mucus I had building up.
