My ENT surgeon put me on the daily Flo sinus care and it has made a heap of difference to my sinus drip, congestion and cough. Great item for people with sinus problems or allergic rhinitis. Reduces nasal congestion just after a few months of use. Removes a lot of dirt in nose after use.It may take only a few months to clear the problem for people with mild illness.Easy to use and clean. Valuable box, don't need to buy more bottle.

Helps if you use a CPAP machine

Recommended by my husbands Specialist to assist with a persistent post nasal drip, and also a user of a CPAP machine. It seems to have helped a little. Convenient sachets that are easy to open (some sachets are terrible).

Not being dumped by a wave at the beach

Solution packets could be easier to open

Product works as intended. My only gripe with them is that the packets are stuck together in pairs and sometimes it is easy accidentally split the second packet open when separating them. Also having to then cut the packet open with scissors is kind of annoying why not have a normal "tear here" opening instead?
