I have used this product for some years now as I have a problem absorbing B12so it has been a good top up for me and some members of my family. It is safe to take for most people and this version is yeast and gluten free. Shop around because prices vary and also order more than one as it often makes it even cheaper. People of all ages often need a top up of vitamins and minerals and this is a liquid which is easy to take and taste fine.

I suffer with anaemia and I find that taking this supplement every day as described keeps my iron levels to a healthy level with no recognisable side effects. I’ve been taken it for 20 years. When I go on holiday I take the Floravital tablets which I find do give me some side effects , so I take these infrequently during the week I am away , may be one or two if that. Sometimes I can manage without.

I buy Floravital as it is the vegan version out of the floradix iron range, the rest are vegetarian. I find this liquid iron especially helpful to take during my period, and also take it everyday. Since taking it I feel a bit less tired, less dizzy, and less breathless, especially around the time of my period, without it I feel really drained. I find Floravital liquid iron easier to absorb and so more effective that iron in tablet or capsule form. It's a little more expensive but it's worth it, especially on the 3 for 2 offer at Boots.
My iron levels went up & down for many years but this is the only supplement I’ve taken that keeps them at a steady level. Really makes a difference to my energy levels too. Highly recommended.
As a very clean vegan (also no gluten, no sugar and no chemicals) I require a highest standard of products. I rarely am satisfied with something produced not by me, especially when it comes to supplements or drugs. I am living as naturally as possible and lately became pregnant as well which brought on me challenges to keep my healthy diet and provide the growing child with all it needs. And this liquid iron is a miracle on the market. Doesn't upset my stomach the slightest and provides me with high levels of iron and vit B12. I couldn't recommend it enough. Amazing formula!

Always good. Provides the energy you need. Safe to take long term. l started using it originally because l felt so tired all the time. Feel l have my vitality back.
Having this product before in Europe I know it works. I only take a 20 ml shot in the morning on an empty stomach. Having had radiation treatment my red blood cells were low. Gives me more energy , no constipation and I stop after 3 months. Restart after boodtest show if I need more.
Oh this got me. The side effect to this took me down hahaha. It caused stomach upset almost immediately. It doesn't help that the instructions calls for an empty stomach. I was hoping this wouldn't happen with this product but it did to me. My stomach gets very noisy, no pain, and of course diarrhea. I'm testing it out tomorrow with a smaller dosage and with orange juice but I don't think that's how it should be taken to with effectively. It's much too pricey and doesn't last long for me to be so unsure, so I might not buy again unless my stomach settles with the lower dose. I don't know.
