FOREO Luna 4 Plus Facial Cleansing Brush For Normal Skin - Pink - O/S

Honestly, it was great. This is my second purchase as a gift to my sister. I did not think it was helpful initially. The difference and the effectiveness shown 2 weeks later with continious usage. The led is added bonus for anti aging treatment while cleaning. I did not use with the app and yet it had shown result on the cleaning riutine. I believe it will be even better if it is used with the application.

Effective, addictive and very easy to use

I’ve owned the original Foreo cleansing device for years. This is immeasurably better-the filaments are longer, very soft and flexible. Although I wasn’t sure whether the light treatment would be beneficial, after using the device for three weeks I can definitely see that some of my darker patches are fading. I was nervous about using the microcurrent side but, now I’ve got the hang of it, I love it. The price of the device made me hesitate before committing to buy, but when I calculated how much I’ve spent on skin care products over the last few months, without noticing much difference, this has got to be my best investment. At least I use this twice a day without fail.

I am very impressed but...

Improvements needed

I have been wanting to purchase the FOREO 4 plus for about a year. I finally took the plunge when I found a coupon code that gave me a savings of roughly $150 off the original price. Shipping took way longer than expected, FOREO didn’t ship for at least 8 days after purchase. But, that is not the reason for 3 stars. The device is well made, cleansing feels nice in the skin and my skin looked much brighter on the first use. But, the led light set at 5, which is in the middle is very irritating to the eyes when cleansing the forehead and cheeks. I have light sensitivity when it comes to my eyes, and my eyes were so uncomfortable, very disappointing since that was one of my reasons for purchasing, the warming was not as much as I expected. LOVE THIS

I considered this purchase for a while, going back and forth over the various items in the product range and if I am honest looking at other suppliers too.However, I eventually settled on this and let me tell you my skin is THANKFUL. I have used it with foam, cream and gel cleanser and had good results each time. My face feels clean but not stripped and I actually think the heat makes the cleansing products work better and the timer means that I am not over cleansing my face.I consider this an investment purchase, yes of course you can use your hands but I think this is better.I still get the occasional spot/pimple but I genuinely believe that they disappear quicker because my face is heated and cleanser regularly.So overall I am very happy with my purchase ... MoreI considered this purchase for a while, going back and forth over the various items in the product range and if I am honest looking at other suppliers too.However, I eventually settled on this and let me tell you my skin is THANKFUL. Make Life Easy

I've had this product for well over a year now, so feel that even after the excitement of a new purchase has worn off, I can attest to the genius of this product. First, the battery life is amazing. I travel abroad frequently, often for a month or more. I don't even bother to take the charger. In fact, I use the product daily, and I don't believe I've charged it since July! I am really enjoying using this product for the following reasonsIt is really simple to use once you have downloaded the app and registered the product you are ready to go. then you can choose from cleansing, massage, treatments etcIn the Cleansing section you can select a mirror if you want to see your face as you clean press start and that is it .Make sure your face is well lubricated to get the best out of the device. Gentle but through on the surface of your skin, bounces off your skin causing no friction at all, great for my sensitive skin. I use the massage section for a minute after cleansing to rub in my face creams and this works well giving my face a lovely glow . Shows you how to apply treatments in this section it has a video of person doing for instance the facial toning treatment so all you have to do is follow alongIts easy to clean soap and water then drying takes a few seconds.I would though that I feel this device gives a good basic clean, but with everyday use eventually your face feels deeply cleaned.The device comes precharged and after some use I forgot about charging and did not realise that when the light at the bottom of the device flashes it means it needs charging and thought the device was no longer working as it kept disconnecting.

Overpriced and underwhelmed

Bought a few weeks ago, happy with the LED brightness, although it can get a bit too hot. Also is quite harsh on the skin and is slightly painful - leaves me wincing at the thought of using it, would only recommend use a couple times per week for cleansing - even with normal skin. Awkwardly shaped for cleaning and massaging, too large and flat.. awkward to hold.. definitely can feel the micro currents even on the lowest setting and with lots of the conductive serum, still painful even though it is marketed at painless. Overall disappointed in my purchase.. wouldn’t recommend.. already has a crack in the bottom plastic..just disappointed. Still figuring this one out!

Love using Luna 4+ for cleansing, it’s really nice with the LEDs. Great size, easy to turn on and off. Haven’t quite figured out the point of the massaging and microcurrent feature on the back of this, as I also have the Bear mini. I find the microcurrent dots uncomfortable (sharp shocks, even when turning the current level down) on Luna whereas on Bear I don’t have any issues. I wouldn’t recommend the device to a friend for this reason. I would really like this device to be able to send me a notification when it needs charging - I just went to use it and it went flat. I shouldn’t have to go into the app to check its battery level at this price point. I think it’s overpriced.
