I thought carefully before buying this device, it's expensive and I didn't want it languishing in a drawer with similar hyped-up gadgets. Fortunately, I made the right choice. Foreo's UFO 2 heats up faster than the original one, but more importantly, it has the full spectrum of LED lights each addressing a specific skin concern - a huge selling point for me. After treatment, my face has the same refreshed and lifted look as if I’d had a full-on in-salon facial, but in under four minutes. The beauty of it is that there’s no downtime, ie none of that relaxed doziness you feel as you hit the street after a particularly indulgent facial and just want to lie down, and of course, no walking around in public with a makeup-free super shiny face afterward either. I will review my favourite masks in another posting as this one is getting a bit wordy!

The device uses sonic pulses and your own body heat to deliver the mask into your skin. It also uses LED light therapy. LED light therapy is what you can get at a dermatologist or high end salons. It also helps the skin look great. It actually does make the skin look healthy and amazing. You can see results almost immediately, but if you do this regularly you will see better, more noticeable results. It helps to reduce fine lines, and just make the skin look better. I would love to haven the full device. This thing is amazing.

I have had this foreo pearl pink for years now and I have been using it every day/night since I got it!. It definitely made my skin more relaxed and moisturized plus it leaves a spa-like feeling whenever I use it. Love it! The foreo machine includes only one mask with a charging cable, so always need to buy a masque refill if you want to use it for a long run. You also have to download the apps so that you can scan your masks barcode to get the machine to perform the correct routine. Only downside is the size and shape of the UFO that makes it a little bit hard to navigate in some of the contours of my face, especially the area around my nose and eyes. Foreo has many types of masks, so which one do you like best? The answer is: MANUKA HONEY COCONUT OIL in my opinion is the most super soft for the skin after applying. 4. Time to mask with UFO2 machine? The answer is: ONLY 1'-1'30s is enough and then you can apply a 15'-20' paper mask. 5. Do I need to wash my face after applying Foreo's mask? The answer is: NO. Unlike paper masks and the usual way of applying masks, most of the time, after applying, you have to wash your face, so the Foreo mask will not be washed again. The nutrients will continue to penetrate evenly into the skin. 😉 6. Advantages number 4 5, plus the very compact UFO2 machine, the mask is also super compact that you can comfortably carry it with you wherever you go and enjoy the feeling of wearing a mask at any time. 7. Besides the foreo face wash Luna, this one is the one I use the most. The UFO2 helps lessen the time I have to use sheet masks so I can apply sheet masks more often every week. Only need 2 minutes instead of 20 minutes without the tool. Also the Led lights help a lot if you have acnes and scars need to be healed from acnes. They also have other Led lights that help with brighten your skin and improve skin collagen as well!

I’m a very lazy person I have many face mask but not use them often. I have very sensitive skin and I hate having the cold feeling whenever applying mask. This device solves my problem, Foreo Ufo help to penetrate many skin care products I put in my face. I enjoy use it everyday with different serum. See my video, I don’t use Foreo mask, I use a cotton and wet it with essences water and serum. The light and hot/ cold function help to seal all the serum.

I agree the price is high but it does the job 1000 times better . Especially when using with the Foreo mask ! Mwoah! Chef kiss. The hot and cold setting giving my skin a spa experience . So calm and luxury feeling. The led light makes the serum from the mask absorb quicker into skin and leaving it soft glowy as well as hydrating skin after the session. Please give yourself a try.

6 months of use - would recommend

I've been using this regularly for 6 months (once a day, or every other day--on the days I wear makeup) and I really enjoy this tool. Foreo recommends twice daily use but I have youthful (23 yrs old) skin and it can be sensitive so I don't like to use ANY cleansing tool twice daily...I feel it's too much. This tool is not intended to remove makeup. If you wear makeup, you should use a balm or oil-based make-up removing cleanser and gently rinse and dab away with a gentle cloth or a cotton pad for eye makeup. You want to be gentle! You don't want to tug at your skin while you're trying to remove makeup --that causes premature aging and irritation. I use this product with a second, gentle cleanser after I remove makeup. I don't use this tool in the shower, but I do get it wet at the sink and I haven't had a problem with that. I also have not had any battery issues in 6 months of use. The product is very handy. It's light and compact for easy transport. It really helps you work your cleanser into your skin and provides a very gentle physical exfoliation. I would totally recommend this and I think a lot of people will enjoy it if they use it in a way that is appropriate for their skin needs.

Amazing- completely changing my skin!

Buckle up folks - this may be a long review. So I’ve had temperamental skin for the last 3 years, from adult acne which now is just regular spots. My spots are usually all around the chin and jaw so I know this is hormonal/stress and then sometimes I’ll get a couple of breakouts on my forehead and blackheads on my chin and around my nose. Some of my spots are hellllla painful (you know the ones) and are actually just like lumps under the skin that take forevaaa to actually come to a head and it’s just a long painful process and once one has gone, another pops up. I saw this and thought you know what, if it’s useless then it’s only £39 and I have invested £100+. I’ve been using it for a week and NO JOKE my skin is transforming. The texture of my skin is sooooo smooth and my spots are decreasing massively. I had a couple under the skin lumps that have massively reduced in size the same day they’ve appeared (which is completely unheard of) and I think that all due to the vibrations and deep cleansing the tool does. I had a little purge, nothing major, but my scarring is also sooo much less red and angry and my pores seem to have reduced. When I put makeup on it seems to glide on better as well. I honestly so look forward to using it and have probably been using it too much because I just feel like I’m pampering myself when I use it and I love the benefits I’m already seeing. Worth your effort, time and money

Okay, real talk. I have been eyeing this product for a few weeks but was hesitant to buy it. Based on reviews, if you want to invest in the other higher priced LUNA products, try to purchase this one first to test it. So I did. First time I used it, my face felt so smooth and soft, surprisingly the same feeling I always had when I did my weekly facial scrub routine. I thought to myself, for years I’ve been using the same facial wash, I think this was the first time I felt the effects of the facial wash really sunk deep in to my pores/skin. And I agree with all the other comments here such as “Where has this product been all my life?” - literally the same expression I had. (I had to close my mouth after a jaw dropping moment.) It made me realize that my fingers my be gentle cleaning my face but LUNA play plus made the cleansing as gentle, at the same time more effective which your bare fingers won’t be able to do. Because of the winter, I always get patches of dry skin on my cheeks when I’m not using facial scrub. (I only do facial scrubs once/twice a week) But with this product, I must say, my daily routine has never been more complete, more gentle, and more effective. My cheeks literally felt livelier! Even if I feel lazy after coming home from long 12hrs of shift, I still use this product because it feels rewarding after you feel your skin softer and smoother. I haven’t used it after putting make up on though so I have no comment for that. I also haven’t tried opening it to check if there’s any rust accumulation as I haven’t been using it long enough yet. What I do, I wipe dry the bottom of the product after I use it, let it stand for a few hours to let the bristles dry, and I lay it flat (with the bristles facing up) so the bottom part will have space to breathe so it won’t rust inside. (I don’t know if this will help me take better care of the product) I will definitely buy the bigger ones when my budget allows me but this small product alone can make wonders!
