I bought the Luna Fofo during the Black Friday sale and the delivery was very quick. I've been using this device for a month now and I believe I notice a difference in my skin quality. I've always had hormonal acne, but the behavior and quantity of acne has drastically changed since I started using this device. They do not grow as bad as before and they subside and dry out sooner without looking bad. I also get a 'clean' feel every time I use it. The skin feels soft too after every use. The bristles on the device are so soft and the vibrations feel amazing on the skin. I bought my Luna Play Plus a year ago and will keep using it! Now I can’t wash my face with my fingers anymore! Or at least I do it when I want to remove make up and then use my Luna for a deeper cleansing. I don’t like to use the device directly on make up because it feels unnecessary and will just make it dirty. But after my double cleansing, the skin feels perfectly clean and Luna Play Plus makes sure that there isn’t any make up residue left!It’s also very easy and effective to clean it with the silicone cleaning spray.After a year, it still looks brand new. This version does not come with a cable entry to allow for charging. One can also not open it and replace batteries. The manual does not mention anything about how to charge the device, which is really not transparent.It’s mind blowing that such quality material was put in such a limited use product. I was so so so excited when I bought this, just to be shell shocked when noticing it could not be charged. I showed it to friends and they were as shocked as me. Luckily I didn’t even use it once, so I’ll most likely get my money back from the store. I was always keen to try the Luna but the price tag scared me a little. So I thought you know what I’m going to treat myself to the starter set. ABSOLUTELY best purchase I’ve ever made. I will definitely repurchase the cleanser as it’s a perfect amount of foam but doesn’t dry your skin WIN WIN!! The cleanser device is small but very powerful! Yes you can’t recharge it but it lasts absolutely ages and perfect to keep for travels. I loved this device so much I purchased the Luna 3 Plus! And it heats up!!! Definitely worth a purchase, doesn’t compare to any other brush I’ve used. You won’t look back! ♥️
This is my second LUNA Play Plus purchase! The first one I purchased about two years ago. I finally decided to buy another so I can keep one in the shower and one by the sink. Absolutely love how well this removes dirt from but pores but does not aggravate my sensitive skin or dry it out. So happy with this product!
I wouldn't have bought this device had I known it was to be thrown away after a year. I assumed, like the original Plus, that the AAA battery could be replaced after it ran out. The instructions packaged with the product themselves do not make this clear - only after I looked up the instruction manual on the site did I realize that this was not the case. This product is intended to be thrown away after about a year. Honestly, I don't understand why they had to hide this information. The value for money is absolutely not there if you cannot replace the battery.I also wanted to add that I don't even think this product will last a year. I got one of these about two or three years ago, when my face was breaking out with adult acne. It worked fine, then it stopped working. Customer service opened an exception since it hadn't even been a month since I got it and sent me a new one. The new one lasted for a few months and stopped working as well. What happened was that the water got in the battery compartment and eventually damadged it, just from cleaning it after washing my face. I would totally recommend it if it was better built, it did wonders to my face. But for 89€ I'd expect it to last more than a few months.

Unfortunately, I really regret ever trying it - it was absolutely dreadful for my skin. I used it daily, and almost immediately my skin became significantly worse. I stuck with it for six weeks, hoping that it was just a purging phase and that ultimately my skin would improve, but finally gave up on it after seeing no improvement at all. As soon as I stopped using it, my skin started to calm down, but I've still got lots of residual scarring to deal with. I purchased the Luna Play for my daughter for Christmas, and it's already dead 6 weeks later. After MUCH research, I learned that it is basically a disposable piece of plastic technology. Batteries cannot be replaced. I am attaching a screen grab of the product description. If you had mentioned "disposable' anywhere in this description, I would have not purchased this product. My daughter is disappointed because it died so quickly, and is basically trash now, and I am angry that I purchased a product from a brand that does not care for the environment. You need to do better Foreo. I will never purchase your brand again and will look elsewhere for a better product for my daughter.
I was so excited with this product. It worked great until it just stopped. I replaced the batteries twice in a three month period. I used the product one time a day. With a third, fresh battery replacement the foreo simply would not stay on unless I held the button down the entire time- which is impossible to do while cleaning your face. At such a high cost, it was not worth buying a replacement after three months of use! Reading other reviews, I found similar complaints. So unfortunate!
