Conforming to EN343, the European Standard for protective clothing and the minimum level of protection against wet weather, this great jacket conforms to EN343 3:2 and gives the highest level of rain protection (level 3) and an intermediate level of breathability (level 2). The material is fully waterproof, oil and grease resistant, and easy to wipe clean if needed. To ensure maximum water-resistance the garment is finished with welded seams, which also adds to the windproof properties. To add to rain protection the 221 Airflex jacket has a concealed hood with drawstring toggles.
