The FRX is the perfect jack-of-all-trades, just as at home in the city as it is for lengthy skates down the seafront or for lacing some technical footwork. The liner is thick and slipper-like, providing best-in-class comfort at any price (but for an extremely 'intermediate' price tag). The shell is strong and supportive, working in tandem with the liner to reduce road-vibration while staying responsive to your movements.To ensure that your foot is held securely in place, the FR X 80 skates feature a FK buckle fastening at the ankle and a velcro mid-strap fastening across the top of your foot. The FR laces are somewhat of a cult item for dedicated skaters. Due to their long length, wide girth and matte finish they grip very well. Often searched for as an aftermarket item (but rarely available!)
