I decided to pair this face cream with the oil-infused Fresh Rose serum, which I purchased to support my completion this past summer. I knew I will be in hot, sunny and windy locations, so needed good hydration skin care. As I found the serum being just a perfect fit, this face cream must have been too rich/heavy for my combination/oily skin. I still used it at night, but went for an spf face cream for a day, which has proved to be the most match anyway. At the end of the day this cream is a great hydrator, lovely scented, easy to apply, bit to rich for my skin, as I prefer a lighter, non greasy face creams for my day skin care product. I would recommend it to all dry/dehydrated complexions tough. :)

First, I love the hydration that this moisturizer gives. I have extremely dry skin so it's not too heavy for me (nothing really is). My skin is also extremely sensitive so it does take my skin a few days of getting used to this product (I've purchased this product twice now, once a couple years ago and most recently a few weeks ago). I purchased this cream after trying a sample of the lighter rose emulsion. As my skin is getting drier and is dehydrated, I thought I would go for the cream instead. Its a lovely light whipped cream consistency, and smells divine. A little goes a long way, and it sinks straight in. Keeps my skin moisturised all day and at night. Perfect as a day cream for drier/dehydrated skin day and night, or as a night cream for normal skin, or winter use. I don't think it has anti ageing properties a sa such, but I use an anti ageing serum too. Good price point for a wonderful cream.

Very disappointed. I had also purchased a mini version of this product (as you may see with a lot of the negative reviews) and absolutely fell head over heels in love with it. The smell, texture, and smoothness were amazing. The full-size version was a completely different story. This stuff pills like crazy and isn't as moisturizing or luxurious feeling as the sample. I've tried everything to prevent this, but it consistently happens. I love all the other Fresh products and really loved the mini version of this cream...but something is off about the large one. I would not recommend.
I was drawn to this cream because of the scent, and unfortunately that was the only good thing about this cream. I have normal to dry skin during the northern winter months and was hoping this cream would "deeply hydrate" as it markets. But it just sits on top of my products and will usually pill with my sunscreens. I've tried using it alone and with so many different products, but it just doesn't hydrate as well as a lot of other creams. I also feel that the flower oil contributes to damaging my skin barrier. It's so unfortunate because I was really hoping this would prove me wrong in the long run, but 6 months in, and it still hasn't, so it's safe to say I will not be re-purchasing. Don't waste your time on this.
