It works really well and actually makes our living area lovely to be in! The outdoor unit is quiet. It's big but not ridiculously so. It can direct air up and down and side to side with louvres that can be fixed or oscillating. It would be nice if they went to the side a bit more but otherwise it's great.

This product is so good. I bought it coming into winter and found it met my expectations and beyond as it warmed our kitchen/dining room very well, not only that it extended even further into the house. Not tested over summer yet but am confident it will deliver.

This is a great unit for heating a fairly large open area. It starts heating very quickly and operates quietly and efficiently. If it works as well for cooling occasionally will be a bonus buy.

But i cant Fake report this .Cause i just dont Know ....Been waiting now after paying the Good guys Slow Guysmonies for there installer after picking up the unit my self. .over three and a half weeks.after many phone calls later still no correspondence. . hope hell doesnt freeze over before Soooo still waiting waiting waiting................
Have been running the split system not only to cool the house but help with getting rid of some humidity inside my house. I'm very happy with the unit, it's very quiet to run and within minutes it actually cools my house no problem. (54 sqm) It doesn't seem like it's working too hard either which is great. Overall a great product, competitively priced, free shipping with great notification on ETA to your door. I would definitely buy here again.
Love my Fujitsu Air Conditioner. Very efficient and quiet. Warms a pretty big area in no time. Can't believe I put up with the old noisy air conditioner for so long. Just didn't know it could be this good. Looking forward to a nice cool summer.

The install team provided by the Good Guys were excellent. Our install was a non standard internal wall and they managed it quickly and without fuss. The great advice in settings has meant we enjoy a comfortable home regardless of how hot or humid it is outside.
So quiet and efficient. The unit is very cheap to run and heats a very large common area in no time. It barely makes a dent in the solar power generated during the day. Couldn't be happier with the product.
