I personally use it for cholesterol reduction, prostate, eye and musculoskeletal health.

But one softgel = 500 mg, not 1000 mg as expected.As the serving size shown is clearly 2 softgels ( 500 mg X 2 = 1000 mg), it would last you 90 days, not 180.Misleading in the sense that you expect to get 180 softgels of 1000 mg.Nevertheless, a good product, but misleading. One per day is fine.

Krill Oil is known to have many benefits for the cardiovascular system and it's great for lowering cholesterol, my latest blood work confirmed it. While the combination of ingredients is optimal, I don't like that i have to swallow too many pills to reach the dose i need per day (~ 2000mg). Also, they smell a little fishy.
