I take Krill oil along with my Omega's everyday. I feel that they are very necessary and can notice when I'm not taking them my recovery from working out and expending myself athletically declines. The product's quality and combination ingredients is good. I read that krill oil has numerous health benefits and wanted to try it as an alternative to omega oil.. "Krill oil is frequently taken for its CRP inflammation lowering effects or as an alternative to cholesterol and triglyceride-lowering medications. It is also commonly used to help reduce arthritis-related pain and help with dry eyes and skin".Krill oil appears to be more potent. On top of that, it has Astaxanthin, another antioxidant. 👍

WOW! Im so surprised how FRESH krill oil is compared to regular FISH OIL. Most fish oil is RANCID and oxidised. And only until i switched to krill did i notice this. The difference is literally night and day. No more nausesous fishy burps. No more headaches. Just Fresh.The astaxanthin adds this PEPPERY almost spicy nuance. Amazing.

I have hereditary high cholesterol that I have been trying to control with diet and exercise. The last few years I seem to be losing the battle. My total Cholesterol count in Oct 2017 was 314 with an HDL of 45 (previously it was 65-75)A friend who is certified in eastern medicine and acupuncture told me about krill oil. I did my homework, read a zillion reviews and settled on this product. I started taking it about 4 or 5 months ago and my most recent test (last week) came back at 281 with HDL of 72!!!!! I was so happy I cried! Naturally the doctor thinks 281 is still terrible but I am thrilled as it hasn't been this low in about 15 years. I had thought this product was a bit pricey, but after this result I think it is worth every penny and I will continue to take it!
