G.SKILL 16GB DDR4-2400 Aegis F4-2400C15S-16GIS Memory

Easy to install on my computer. I just powered off my computer, opened one screw to open the case, slotted in the RAM (random access memory), and rebooted my computer. I had to hit F1 to confirm a RAM (random access memory) change. Computer booted up fine, and is now running faster when I open multiple applications.

For the price can you really complain?

This ram is not the faster you'll ever use but for it's price point and it's decent value I would recommend it for budget computers. If you can afford more gigs get it. But clearly see what your motherboard supports. I paired this with "ASUS PRIME H310M-E R2.0 LGA 1151" I forgot to check the support ram list but it boots. Works just fine. Speed is decent. Great product.

Great RAM, doesn't always play nice with others.

I used to have 32GB of Crucial DDR4 2133CT8G4DFS8213. I cleaned out the dust from my case and bricked a stick of RAM in the process. I bought 5 stick of the G.Skill to replace the missing stick and then max out my MB at 64GB My system would not boot with any combination of the Crucial and the G.Skill. I realized my initial issue was trying to use 1 unmatched stick on a quad channel motherboard. After though even in proper pairings the RAM types would not mix. I eventually bought 3 more sticks and just replaced all the ram with G.Skill.

Great addition

I built a 'test' system 6 months ago using one of these (8GB) as it's only memory module. The system worked so well that I decided to upgrade the memory with a matching module to have 1GB total in dual-channel mode. I was thankful NewEgg still had them in stock, it matched perfectly, and the computer is running better than ever. I would recommend this memory, and NewEgg to all my friends.

Issues with the stick

I have constant problems with gaming and I’m sure it is the ram. I have tried everything. Changing dimm slots, checking the settings in the bios, doing countless hours of memory tests, and I have read another review from some one else who has the same problem with gaming. Unless this is a bad stick I don’t recommend this if you plan on gaming

It works like it is supposed to work.

I bought it for an upgrade recently. After about two months, started getting error messages and even a today's blue screen. Ran Memtest and discovered that the RAM was the problem. Checked on Newegg, but it was past the 30 days. Contacted GSkill about a RMA replacement. Sent the faulty back and then received a new stick. No problems since. Would (and will) buy again. That is the way it's supposed to be.

It works!

I'm not going to overclock this CPU+RAM combo, so can't tell anything else about it. I bought this stick to troubleshoot my infinite loop issue on the above mentioned motherboard while I had only one another Crucial RAM stick of this type. I have trusted this brand over the years and it has never failed me! It helped me get my system to boot up normally. May or may not run at 2400 speed!

This RAM shows it runs at 2133 speed under most conditions under Speecy and other monitoring software. GSkill claiming that you must have an XMP-capable MoBo to get the 2400 speed. My stock 2nd stick is shown running at 2400, yet this one shows 2133. Not sure why but clearly occurs, so can't really rate it high or low. It does work and has improved performance (but adding any RAM usually does!)

Solid Memory, No Issues

I'd recommend this without hesitation, I bought these DIMMs a few years back (ordered on Christmas of 2016), here we are 3.5 years later (5/23/2020) and I have not had any issues with either module! That being said, I do NOT overclock or push my system in any way. They run at the advertised speed of 2133MHz. They have been fantastic for me.

Worked for 6 hours then constant crashes

So I was super happy to get 3 of these and start playing cod without any trouble. After hours of gaming I was just relaxing on discord and my computer crashed with blue error code. Each time it would boot up it began crashing over and over again with a different error code each time. Now I'm just done with it and don't get why it's doing it... I tested each alone for an hour and they all worked, when I placed them all together it worked for a day and a half and now it's crashing constantly again before I even hit in the log in screen. I have a MSI B450 A PRO mother board and it said these were compatible with it...I'm so annoyed right now...
