I confess to being a litle disturbed that they do no tindicate the percentage of Circumin, which should be 95%.I gave turmeric to my mother back in 2002 for her Alzheimer's and it worked fantastically, so I am NOT a new user. This has been my go-to daily turmeric for a number of years now to deal with chronic inflammation. Recently I started having extreme digestive distress, and couldn’t figure out why. I finally realized that Gaia had switched from using sunflower lecithin to using soy lecithin, and I am extremely reactive to soy. The reason that I used this brand is because it was one of the only turmeric pills available without soy as an ingredient. It’s been weeks since I stopped taking these, and my body is still suffering the consequences. I’m really disappointed to lose this as a daily product, and so incredibly physically uncomfortable. A bummer all around.

Gaia has excellent quality supplements. I really noticed when I started buying other cheaper brandsto compare and feeling like I was taking nothing on the other brands vs feeling the benefit with Gaia. Supplements arent magic but they DO help, but only if you get high quality ones like Gaia. the Turmeric has been a savior for my congestion/sinuses/inflammation and I felt noticeably NOTHING when I took other brands. with Gaia, I feel the benefits within 40 minutes or so. I rec Gaia brand anything honestly. not all pricier supplements are worth it, but Gaia IS.

I have been taking these for 3 months now and my skin is so much better. No more inflammatory hormonal acne. Nothing else was helpful until I started taking Turmeric Supreme. No more uncontrollable breakout. No more breakout at all in fact! A great companion!It took about one month of heavier dosage (4 pills/day) to see the result and now I can diminish the dosage with still great results.
I love this stuff. If I quit taking it the arthritis in my thumb joint flares, swells, and is painful and within several days for restarting it again, my joint returns to normal and I am pain free. However, it's not working as well in the last few months even though I have been switching lot numbers so I am assuming my arthritis has progressed over the years to a point where this medication isn't as effective. The company is also extremely ethical and conscientious, but that's another story. :-)
I have been taking turmeric supplements for at least a decade. I have tried many brands, but I am sol on Gaia's Turmeric Supreme. I have arthritis in my knees and hands and since I switched to this brand, the pain has subsided. I also use the Turmeric Extra Strength Gummies. And since my dog wants to eat everything I eat, she is also having a gummie in the mornings. She adores them also.

I just finished the bottle of these yesterday and today is the first day I have gone without them since I received the bottle in the mail. I can already tell that I am more congested. They definitely help to dry up congestion and if I had received more for the cost, I would have likely taken the recommended dose of 2-3 capsules twice a day. So, while they did work for me and help to clear up sinus congestion (in conjunction with Singulair and Claritin as I have awful sinuses), I will probably look to trying something else that is more cost-effective because I find it truly annoying when companies sell supplements that require you to take more for the best effectiveness.If they made a version of this that required fewer pills and became more cost-effective, I would purchase again. However, I can't really justify buying a product that wouldn't even last a full 2 weeks if I took the recommended 6 pills a day and I hate the idea of the wasted packaging even if I could justify the cost after I try to find a suitable replacement.Overall, it seems like a good product and it was helpful for me, but the company needs to do better to make this more affordable and more competitive with other items out there because I feel like it could have been easy enough to do by making pills with more per dose, rather than 'oh, this works best if you take 6 pills a day' while giving only a 10 pill supply. No one likes to feel like they're blatantly being taken advantage of, even when something works, and that's why I'll go through the effort of finding something else that works from someone else.
For me, at least, this stuff has been a lifesaver. I've been struggling with knee pain, mostly in the knee cap -- the sort that, in the past, indicated a medial meniscus tear and surgery. My knee had been feeling stiff, like it needed to pop but couldn't. After taking this for just a day, the pain lifted and did not disturb my sleep, and the next day (still taking the Gaia formula), my knee popped -- twice -- and I've been able to walk normally since then.I believe this formula reduces inflammation, which may could result in swelling so that not only is there pain but the joint just doesn't function properly. It also has herbs that do more than reduce inflammation. If you have joint problems, I think it would be worth a try.
