If you are looking for a reliable yoga block that lasts forever this is the one. I have had this yoga block for many years and it still looks good as new. It also works amazing. Not too hard but not too soft. Everyone in my family uses this block and loves it. Also this is your classic yoga block and you can’t go wrong with Gaiam

I think Gaiam makes the best yoga blocks for the price. They are sturdy, they hold their shape, they don’t slip on the mat, I feel safe putting my body weight on them, and they’re just solid blocks. For a single block it can be pricier than some of the other brands, but you get what you pay for. I will say, that I wish that you could purchase these in packs of two or four. I have not seen in a store where you can purchase in packs of two or four, so I would like that. To me it would make more sense to purchase a pack of two versus just a single one. I think having the single block as a purchase available is good for head blocks, or for a replacement, but a pack of two I think would be a nice addition.

I have two Gaiam yoga blocks. I love them. They aid with poses I am not flexible enough to do without aide. They are lite and easy to carry with to class. Gaiam is slightly higher priced than others I owned before, but the quality is better. My others got marks and dents so easily because they were to soft. The Gaiam Yoga blocks are just the right amount of firmness to softness to be comfortable and sturdy. I highly recommend these.

I bought two blue [brand:gaiam] yoga bricks so I could work on yoga poses at home during the pandemic. I went with the [brand:gaiam] brand because I already had their yoga mat, yoga tote, yoga socks and yoga gloves, so they seemed like a solid brand that would also make good yoga blocks. They are good quality bricks made out of sturdy foam. They give me stability when used in so many poses, so I can certainly trust them more than I can trust my balance or knowledge of poses. My only quibble is that I have gouged and scratched them with my nails, but they’re made out of foam, not concrete. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for more stability in your yoga practice. #yoga #workout #fitness
I am hypermobile due to do a connective tissue disorder. I never understood why it hurt other people to stretch because I was naturally so flexible. My joints just move more. It wasn’t until adding yoga blocks and learning to work within a smaller range of motion that I began to really feel my muscles stretching. I highly recommend for proper alignment.
The camera is very convenient. You just have to charge it once and it’s completely based on solar power. it’s easy to install as well. It can record up to 10 seconds and notify you if someone is 6 feet away. I received this cool item for free from the Facebook group 'Exclusivester.'
I order the yoga block and strap it does say you get 2 items with this purchase when it did arrive there was only the block. I was really looking and wanting the strap. Gave it another try when it became available again I ordered it again guess what the same thing it arrived with just the block, I doubled checked the description each time that it arrived to make sure it does say that the strap comes with the block and the description does say it comes with 2 items the block and strap. Beware I don't know it anyone else has the same experience as I have but twice not receiving it makes you wonder. if you just want the block I recommend it but if you are like me wanting the strap just beware of false discerption.
Blocks are sturdier than thought. I’m a heavy dude 210lbs. Started using blocks for better balance and accuracy. I’m in the studio 4-5 times a week, all hot classes. Blocks have great traction even with all the sweat! Price is outstanding!
I bought this same item over a year ago. I wanted a matching one of the same height, width, and thickness. I asked for too much. The newer one is a good 1/4 to 3/4 an inch smaller, depending on where you are measuring from. I purchased this item trusting Gaiam to be consistant in their product. They are not.
These are the same as the blue or purple foam blocks yoga studios normally use. They are good quality foam, soft on the tailbone but firm and steady for weight-bearing. I had a cork block once, and I found it too hard on my back and pretty heavy to tote around. I later bought some foam blocks at a discount store, and that was a big mistake; those had mushy, poor quality foam that didn't bear my weight well and were too narrow in width to be of much use. These are the size and firmness one would expect in a good foam block. The only difference is the funky marble pattern. I was sick of the blue and purple ones, and I wanted something to coordinate with my red mat. These look cool.
