I took this for the first time last night, and I slept the whole night. I NEVER SLEEP. EVER! While this is not a sleep supplement, It really helped for some reason. I felt so good this morning for the first time in a long time. I am a big fan of the GOL, and have been using their products for over 15 years. This one did not disappoint.\nWoke up and had a GOL Plant based vanilla bean protein shake, and now I am ready for the day. Life is beautiful.

Garden of Life is a trusted brand.I use this cod liver oil for the high amount of retinol, and omega-3/omgea-6 fatty acids.The taste is pleasant. There's a slight fishy flavour at first, but it goes away once I swallow, and there is no aftertaste.

This brand offers a couple different kinds of cod liver oil. The other has vitamins A and D added, which is not the best for absorption. I feel that this one is superior, not only in being completely natural and absorbable but also the taste is better! I love it so far.
Great taste - just a hint of lemon, and enough to minimize the fishy taste of the oil. It comes in a glass jar (well wrapped in bubble wrap as well), and it's really the quality I've come to expect of Garden of Life products. Non-GMO and an excellent source of vitamin A. That said, caution should be taken with children, as the high levels of vitamin A may be toxic for them. Otherwise a great product to help support brain, heart, skin, and gut health!
This is one of the few cod liver oils which have high natural retinol and D after rosita, green pasture and jigsaw health.Bering select is the manufacturer and the processing is great. I contacted them directly to get info rather than garden of life.Kindly avoid labels with synthetic retinyl palmitate and D3.
