I've been using this for a while now and I can't say enough positive things about it. It's totally organic as mentioned, packed full of everything needed. I take it with almond milk, seeds and fruit in a shake every morning. I'm on meds so generally don't eat much, this would probably be my main meal - hence why I bulk it up so much. Anyways I had to go into hospital lately, part of the whole thing was getting bloods done and son, who's currently studying medicine, was really surprised to see how good my blood results were. Now don't get me wrong, I eat other things too and I'm a healthy weight but I'm convinced this shake has contributed greatly to my overall wellbeing in general. In terms of its tasty, I need to add cacao to make it tastier.I have consumed 1 big and 1 smaller container of this product so far for weight loss and to improve my health. At the same time, I have eaten other health products, manage my diet, and done regular hiking too.All of these efforts for 9 months has delivered satisfactory results:1. weight loss of 26 pounds2. improved blood pressure from marginally high to normal3. improve cholesterol level from marginally high to normal4. improve my kidney function test result from having a trace of protein to normalMy friend has just bought a big one with my help today.

I love this protein powder as it contains more high quality, clean ingredients with various superfoods and greens (ie nutrients) compared to most other protein powders. I think it tastes really good; it has a slight green powder flavor to it, but I actually kind of like it. It is not overly sweet, but sweet enough. I like to add raw cacao powder to boost the chocolatey taste. It does not have a chalky consistency, but it does not blend wells. The improved formula is indeed improved. The vanilla is lightly sweet with a milk or milk substitute. It’s rich, thick and smooth. Not at all gritty like many vegetable protein powders.I went to other brands for several years. I returned to try this because it has such a great variety of whole foods. The health benefits are really terrific.It tastes great and easily changes with different flavors and add ins. It’s filling. No sickening sweet aftertaste. Yay! I like it with spinach or fruit. I’ve added coffee and cinnamon as well. It’s my choice as the best out there for the health aspect and Swanson keeps it affordable.

My husband and I are daily users of the Raw Organic Meal. We looked forward to our daily shakes - sometimes two a day. We are on auto-ship monthly. We are so disappointed at the new formula. It has a very odd smell and taste. Tried another container, as we thought something was wrong with the first container. Nope. Just a horrible tasting new formula, and that smell! While I will say that the texture is smoother, which I believe you were after in the change, the taste has lost us as customers. We feel forced to research out a new company to purchase from. Really a sad situation, as we loved the formula before and your product had the best ingredients and benefits.
I've used this Organic All-in-One Protein for years now and have recommended it to friends. It's a fantastic way to add a good amount of protein and nutrients to your diet naturally and without bulk and without any animal byproducts or cruelty, that's extremely important to me personally. The flavour is lovely and pleasant and easy to drink. In the summer I'll add frozen fruit/vegetables to make a thicker smoothie, which is really refreshing. I love that this is gluten free and organic, and low in allergens, that a lot of other proteins seem to add. I prefer the lightly sweet version as Stevia can cause me bloating. I notice a different to my health and energy levels when I don't have this protein.

I have recently been on the fast 800 diet and lost 3 stone - these meal replacements have really helped me achieve this. I know that when I have one I am getting so much that's good for me and I don't know how else I would get as much protein as I need on 800 calories. I have made a shake with this product every morning for many years. I mix it with G of L Sport Organic Plant-Based Protein. I LOVE it and miss it if I have to skip it. I opened a new canister and couldn't believe the taste. It was awful!!! My true Chocolate flavor is gone and it's replaced with some "Sour" butterscotch flavor. I can't even figure out what that taste could come from? It's not a true Chocolate flavor any longer. I've been very loyal to many G of L products and have spent a lot of money with the company.I'm Shocked and disappointed that this is being marketed as "New and Improved." I'm currently looking for another product to replace it.
Nothing I've tried comes close to Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal replacement mix. When you consider there are 28 servings per 2.4lb. container not only is it nutritionally complete it's also reasonably priced (for example a 2lb. container of Orgain meal replacement power is $39.99 but only has 16 servings per container). I mix one scoop of power with 12 ounces of non-fat lactose free milk and shake it up in a mixing cup. The chocolate taste is good and it is NOT sweet. Most other meal replacement drinks I've tried are WAY too sweet for me when mixed as directed (including Vitacost's own ARO product which I don't think they sell anymore). Not a problem with this GOL product. Highly recommended!
