Given its made of natural products, I didn't expect too much but was pleasantly surprised. The lift doesn't feel as artificial as conventional pre-workouts... it feels clean, with 80mg Caffeine and the Nitric Oxide boost provides and efficency to the workout. Taste is great as a bonus; Will purchase again.

Thought I'd try this for pre-workout since what I usually buy at a different store/site was indefinitely unavailable. I only use products with no artificial sweeteners and this had none. Plus it was plant based which I'd never tried in a pre-workout so figured I'd give it a shot.Smell in container is awful. Basically smells like dirt but once you add it to water it smells pretty good. Taste is decent. I've had worse and don't have to hold my nose to drink it. Doesn't mix very well so have to use the "drink-shake-drink" method as with so many powders and is very foamy when shaken which is another disappointment. My usual go-to pre-workout works well and I feel it "working" when I get that sort of tingling feeling and oddly enough my eyes kind of itch. I love this pre-workout blackberry cherry powder. I don’t drink coffee so my caffeine intake is very low and I found this to boost my energy enough to motivate me even more to start my workout. I feel the effects within 15 minutes. For me, it doesn’t last for many hours, it lasted about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Enough to get my workout done. I love the taste, that its organic and great alternative to other sharp tasting powders. For me the energy slowly increases then tapers off. Which I love. I don’t like the hard effects of other pre-workouts where you feel your heart pounding or get jittery.
I was really surprised by this product because not only is it an organic plant based pre-workout but it also tasted really good. I actually liked that it had a bit of an earthy taste and not synthetic flavor. Unfortunately, this product triggered my caffeine sensitivity but in the end it really got the job done and did what any pre-workout would do which is why I would still recommend it if that is the type of result you want. It'll definitely give you energy within the first 30 minutes of taking it.
Excellent product! Helps boost energy before workout. The taste and quality of the item is very good can’t fault it in anyway. The efficiency of the drink I would say depends on how much caffeine dosage you take in the first place. I’m not a hardcore caffeine person so I find the product excellent for my needs. It may look like small bottle but only one small scoop is needed. Package came as mentioned delivery was quick and I could track where my parcel was.

Today was my first time using this Pre-Workout powder and it was AWESOME. does it taste good? No. But I’m not drinking this for fun, I drink it for FUNCTION, and it functioned well! I workout at Orangetheory (HIIT workouts) and it definitely increased my energy during the cardio portion and the lifting portion. Definitely adding this to my routine. Don’t buy this cause it tastes good, buy it cause it WORKS good. :)
