I have only used one time since as summer has ended so am hoping it will be OK when I use again. Very sturdy construction and doesn't fall over when pulling the hose away.

I bought this product as it is German made and didn't mind paying a bit more for a quality product. The instructions are really clear and it is very easy to put together (and take apart too if needed). It feels like a sturdy product so far. One thing I would recommend though is to buy the next size up for the length and diameter of hose you intend to put on the reel.
I’ve recently invested in a decent hose so wanted to keep it tidy. This unit is perfect in that it keeps the hose tidy and kink free. It makes using the hose effortless. I highly recommend it.
I bought a Gardena super flex hose 2 months ago and there is no way you can make this hose do what you want without having to wrestle it like a wild python. Bought this yesterday and finally have the hose neat and tidy. A must have for the Gardena hose.
I received one of these for christmas 2022 and four months later the handle broke off while winding up 30 mt. of hose, poorly designed and so the search goes on for a quality product
Need to buy an additional connecting hose, which goes from the tap to the hose trolley. I suggest you get Garden hose and connections as the fitting ti the trolley seems to be tight and gets stuck and doesn’t allow you to wind the trolley
When the Hose is pulled or roll back , the plastic stand is not steady . It falls sometime or keep tilting . I will not recommend this to any one . The hose tangle often when rolled back and slips out of the wheel ( blue rims ) . Unsatisfactory. Every one must Spend more money and you should get strong steady stand from some where else . The hose is good quality but the stand is definitely not .
it's light weight. durable. and moves with ease. I have use this company'd product b fore and I can tell you that it is likely to last at least 5 to 8 years. Assembly is easy. you just need a size 2 screwdriver. I have 30m hose that my mum needs to wheel from the back of the house to the front. this is definitely necessary.
