The wall-mounted hose box RollUp XL makes watering a large garden pleasant and simple. You attach the compact hose storage permanently on your house wall and connect it to the tap with a connecting hose. The hose keeps kinking and stops the water flow. I brought it as i already had a reel which was great. I paid the extra for this reel as I thought it would not kink as cheaper reels do.As I water a lot of bonsai and need to go along the rows I get annoyed when having to stop and unkink the pipe.

Excellent quality product, high standard of materials used, is really easy to use and is much better than trying to wrestle the hose back onto the old fashioned open type reel.

Easy solid fixing to brick wall. Unreels and re-reels smoothly. Decent spray attachment and high quality non-kinking hose as well. I used the supplied bolts and rawlplugs and it fixed tightly and solidly to the wall. I am sure it would have taken all my weight as well, had I chosen to stand on it. Unreels smoothly , it takes quite tug to do so, It winds itself back in neatly and tidily, but you can stop on the length you want very easily.. Of course it takes extra weight when full of water but the fixing to the wall (my biggest concern) was very solid and re-assuring. I think this set up will last. Very happy after a months usage.
Makes life in the garden much easier...no more kicking or tugging
After spending numerous hours winding or trying to wind back my garden hose pipe on its cart with tiresome and frustrating twists and turns along with needing more strength than my partner can muster I decided to take the plunge albeit expensive in purchasing the Gardena self wind hose. World of a difference! No more struggles and even my partner can manage it (mostly). Easy enough to install and 5 year guarantee made this a great purchase. Hopefully the self wind wont pack in! Unless its within the guarantee

I have been looking at reviews for various auto retractable hoses and decided this was the one for me. I was not disappointed in fact I am very pleased with this product. Easy to fit and easy to use. Just let it self wind the hose back the same every time
Recently bought a new hose on a wheeled stand, but it was a nightmare to hold and guide the hose when rewinding. Invested in this one - what a difference. It'll take a while to get used to pulling the hose out as you do need to tug at it, but oh so much easier to rewind. Wish we'd got one years ago.
This is a wall mounted hose that works. By this I mean a heavy duty hose that you can stop position it easily on roll out and retracts when you want it to. very pleased with it better than most other makes but of course you have e to pay extra. Careful on the rewind it is quite vigorous.
