I was upgrading from the Fenix 5x, and it is well worth it. If you are upgrading from the Epix 2 might not be worth it. My only complaint is that it is too expensive compared to the competition, so I waited four generations to upgrade. Garmin would get higher amount of upgrades if the price was lower.

I’ve been with the Garmin Epix Pro for about a week now, and it is amazing. I came over from the Epix Gen 2, which was also a great watch. I asked myself, am I crazy for upgrading in such a short time? Well maybe, but I’m a sucker for having the best. And the upgrade in the battery life is what sold me. That and the handy flashlight, which is more useful than you’d think. I’m looking to get into ultramarathons and knowing I won’t have to worry about this model dying on me is what pushed me over the edge. If you’re lucky for the best watch on the market, this is it!

I upgraded from Fenix 6 to Epix pro 51mm sapphire. I had my Fenix 47mm for several years and enjoyed it a lot! I am very happy with Epix upgrade. Screen is much nicer and the battery life if really good. It definitely feels more premium experience than Fenix. I also like the new features and metrics. Size is fine and I actually prefer larger display. It’s easier to read and use touch controls. I love the flash light feature! It’s very helpful at night to have it on your wrist.

Compared my Epix Pro Sapphire 51mm to a Polar chest strap connected to my treadmill, and they matched exactly. Great new 1.4" screen for seeing more data indoors or out. Superb battery life!!!!
I upgraded from the original 47mm Epix to the Epix Pro 51mm and am loving the extra battery life! It is so nice to have the bright, AMOLED screen combined with industry leading battery life between charges. The additional map upgrades, including the weather overlay, are outstanding as well!
I upgraded to the Epix Pro 51 from the Epix mainly for the larger screen size. The battery seems to last longer than the Epix and the screen size has helped my ability to read the details without my reading glasses. The performance is great as expected
I really like the OLED display on this watch. It makes early morning runs and inside workouts much easier to see. The features on this watch are very nice, including: Morning reports, better HR, much longer battery life (over 20 days with pulseOX on at night), touch screen and many more. The watch setup was a breeze, and it actually got onto my 2.4 GHZ wifi (not 5GHZ), and updates its own SW. Added my pro HRM, as well as my wired gear (Running glasses with HUD and swimming goggles with HUD). Overall, a great upgrade for me. I got the silver bezel, as I think it wears well. I wish that the body was a little darker, but it's ok. Finally, I do wish that the watch was a little more aware of when I move my wrist to show the time.
This is the Watch I have been wanting. Came from the Forerunner 965. I really wanted the rugged looks of the fenix so the an amoled display. My only complaint is the UI feels dated after using the forerunner 965. I wish they would update the Epix UI to match the new forerunner.
No more + or - .5 miles on my runs like from previous watches (Samsung Gear 3, Classic 4 and 5 Pro. This Epix Pro X is spot on. Love all the measuring features. And the display is great, it can be seen on the brightest sun light during activities. The BEST Sport Watch in the market.
Order first day available. ( 51mm, sapphire, white). Simply stunning screen, apple friends jealous. Order black band. With the white looks nautical. Do not need all the functions but nice to know they are there. Beauty and quality exudes. You know you want one, just do it.
