Unbelievable detail with the live scope plus system. Crystal clear images and I am able to see a 1/4 oz jig with a 3” paddle tail 75ft out. Not only the distance out but target separation of fish grouped closely on the bottom far surpasses the LVS32. I would highly recommend the up grade.

Have many friends who have these on their boats already. Have thought about it for the past year. Finally gave in and started looking at differences and use of the product. Decided to go with the LVS 34. Got it in and installed and the only downside it that the communication cable is only 6' long. I set my unit up to use on both the front and back of my boat and had to order a longer cable. I took it out for the first time and after playing with it for a couple of hours, finally figured out what to do and what I was looking at. Caught several fish on the bottom and was fun to see them come to the bait. If you have the funds and want to have equipment to help you catch more fish, this is for you. I would recommend this product.

If you don’t have the LVS34 your missing out. Everything was shipped on time just like I was told. The guys at Russell Marine helped me understand the difference between LVS32 and 34. I installed my LVS34 and black box to a Garmin 8610 on my Caymas CX20 bass boat. This combination is awesome! Easy installation, worked amazing right out of the box and performed excellent. After watching a couple videos and adjusting the gain and depth settings I was able to watch fish swimming on bottom and chasing schools of shad!
Unbelievable, so easy to install, ran right out of box , watched U Tube on how to fine tune it.Could see fish pick up my night crawler in 30 of water , no problem.Watched my ice jig drop down to 30 feet.Doesn’t catch fish , but sure changes the way you fish. And, understand how fish react to your bait. I watched a number of fish approach my night crawler from 5 feet away. Some would just look at it. Some would pick it up and drop it. Then one would come it and pick it up and run off.This will increase my knowledge
Had another forward facing sonar on my boat. It was not all that it was advertised to be. Got the Garmin set up and took off the old kit and replaced with the new Garmin LVS 34 transducer and black box. Had it mounted in a few hours and first tournament we were able to target fish on trees, brush piles and open points at 50-70 out from the boat. Never got that quality from my previous set up!! So happy we switched to Garmin.
The new Livescope LVS 34 plus is awesome. The clarity of this unit is definitely better than the LVS 32. A special thanks to Jon at Russell Marine products for making the trade in so easy. I will continue to do business with Russell Marine. Mark Throneberry.
I throw a lot of small swimbaits so this was a huge upgrade. I can definitely see my baits better and at greater distances on the LVS34. LVS32 is fine if you're trying to fish structure. You really see the same fish on both and won't miss anything on either. Perspective view is also better on the LVS34 if that's important to you. You'll be happy with either.
Seperation is key here. I can tell how many fish are holding on a tree and what limb theyre on. Overall? I didnt gasp in aww, but I felt like things just got a little more serious. Its worth it in my opinion. Go for it! A++ service from RMP!
