Best micella water I have used. I double cleanse all the time and always cleansed my face with hot cloth cleanser and used micellar water to remove anything the cleanser left behind. Apprently I read on a beauty blog, this is wrong. You should use your most "ingredient" packed cleanser last as any other cleanse after this will remove all the good ingredients youve preciously added to your skin. Which makes good sense really! Yes this micella water removes make up and mascara. Very gentle on the skin and around the eyes. Ive had no bad reaction or irritation ever when using this. Hope the beauty blog was of use.

This is a really lovely cleansing water. It saves time as I don’t have to rinse it off after use. It’s so easy and quick, I just apply and it removes all traces of makeup and dirt gently and without drying out my skin. It has a really pretty rose scent that is not overpowering and I love that it is suitable for sensitive skin, this has never irritated my skin. It’s lasts for ages and is good value for money and delivers great results with very little effort. Garnier is a trusted brand and I loved this rise water clean and glow and I will buy it again

Let me start out by saying that I have LOVED trialing this, and I have already purchased a back up bottle. This does pretty much everything it says. It is a superb makeup remover, even better than the original. If you have sensitive skin and are tossing up between buying this product and the Milky one, buy this one! It removes everything, liquid lipstick, eyeliner, cream eyeshadow, mascara, etc. And it does it without irritating my sensitive skin, and afterwards it feels like I have just toned my face. I have noticed my complexion looking a little brighter, due to the rosewater. The only thing is, for a product that claims to be for sensitive skin, it has got added fragrance in it, which I do not understand! Why Garnier? This product was super easy and quick to use! I have acne prone skin and have to be careful with skincare products with fragrance but this micellar water didn’t break me out at all. It removed my eye makeup gently, and didn’t require any severe tugging around my eye area. However, I would probably use an eye makeup remover instead if I needed to remove heavy eye makeup or waterproof mascara. It also removed most my foundation and concealer in one go and I never had to go in with another wipe (I always double cleanse when I’m wearing makeup too). I also used it as a cleanser on the days when I wasn’t wearing makeup and found it very gentle but still left my skin feeling clean. Personally for me my skin is not to irritable however if you have sensitive skin I wouldn't personally recommend this product for you. I love this micellar water as it leaves the skin feeling still hydrated and not to overstripped smells nice and gives the skin a soft and subtle glow. I would personally recommend this product for anyone that doesn't have sensitive skin if you do have sensitive skin micellar water can still be great however perhaps just not this one. The micellar water that would work for you would be the green cap bottle of garnier which contains no fragrances and perfume. Any one else however who wants to purchase definitely go ahead and do so you won't regret it

I still prefer to cleanse with water and cleanser after makeup removal. I also love using it to just freshen up my skin when I don't have the time to cleanse it with water. I have oily skin so I always look for products which contain salicylic acid, which this has, as it makes sure my pores stay clean and clear, that and the combination of the rose water is so soothing. During winter, when it's cold and the days are shorter and darker, I get really lazy when it comes to my skin care routine, and I sometimes ditch double cleansing, just a quick wipe over of micellar water, moisturiser and facial mist and I'm done, and my skin prefers it when I keep it simple and quick. Firstly, the smell of this product had me absolutely hooked before I even tried it, like a bouquet of freshly cut red roses, beautiful. I applied a decent amount for my entire face, neck and decolletage on a cotton pad, swiped thoroughly and I was done. It felt fresh and cooling on my skin, I felt completely clean but not squeaky clean or dried out, and I did feel like it gave me a subtle glow, and a little goes a long way, and it's so affordable too, and I will definately buy this again. I don't wear much makeup anymore but if I did, I think this would be great at removing it thoroughly. Good for dry, combination and sensitive skin, just good for everyone out there. Just like the Garnier Micellar Milky Cleansing Water, it actually leaves my skin feeling slightly moisturised and with this it doesn’t feel greasy or sticky either. With this Micellar Rose Water Cleanse and Glow, it not only cleanses the skin, but also brightens it as well, giving my skin a natural glow, which I love.
I always return to Garnier Micellar Water. It’s gentle and effective in removing makeup. It’s not necessary to rinse it off afterwards either which is a nice feature if you are removing remnants of yesterday from your eyes before you apply today’s makeup. This Rose formula is supposed to give a nice glow. We will see. So far I am pleased with this new offering.
