I use this brush to smooth frizz and hold frizz down when I do my daughters hair for school. She has a lot of new hair at the front of her head growing and also has really frizzy hair. I grab all her hair in the position of the ponytail that I want and I'll spray a bit of hair spray at the front of her heard and use this ghd brush to smooth all the frizzy down. It works wonders this brush. It's easy to wash and so comfortable to hold. I would highly recommend this brush to anyone who does updo hair styles with hair that needs smoothing/slicking back.

This hairbrush is nice and weighty to hold and has a nice centre of balance. The materials is smooth and comfortable with nice branding at the end of the handle. The brush glides through hair taming it and helping it look sleeker whilst gently removing any tangles. Definitely recommended.

This brush is awful and I am so disappointed by the description. I have fine hair that is so full of static when this brush is used. I was looking for a brush to help with my frizzy hair but this has made it worse!

This hairbrush is well weighted with a good centre of gravity. The bristles gently untangle hair leaving it sleek and straighter than when you started. In found it made my hair shiny. Presented in a beautiful gift box.
This brush is a good quality brush and has a great feel to it. I'm more the kind of person who gets what she pays for but this brush feels good in your hand. I have tried this brush out and it certainly does give a smooth feeling and is not harsh on your scalp like most other brushes on the market. Being a comb person I asked my teenage daughter to try this brush. She really likes it and has said that "it makes your hair soft and gives it structure". I have also tried this brush out on my youngest daughter who as most girls say when your brushing their hair is that "it hurts", well I can honestly say that she was impressed that this brush did not hurt her one bit. This brush really is a good product to have and is kinder to your hair.
I like the feel of this brush against my scalp. It grips the hair well because of the dense bristle but doesn’t pull the hair as the bristles are flexible and don’t have a fixed tip on them. A good hairbrush to any collection. And it prepares my hair well for my matching ghd heated hair brush.
My daughter who is 13 has long straight thick brown hair and is constantly buying hairbrushes for her hair that have just not completed the job succesfully She has been using the GHD Dressing brush for the last 3 days and has said it gives a smooth and silky finish without static or leaving her hair fluffy !! The fluffy fixer part of the brush is the main success as her hair now lays straight and it seems to give her hair a soft smooth finish which she haa never had before . This brush is excellent on the scalp and a pleasure to use . The handle is cool and comfortable to hold and a nice long handle which is perfect for long strokes on thick hair from scalp to the ends of the hair. I got this as one of the gifts for my GF on Mothers Day. a few swipes of the brush and the 'anti-static' nylon bristles turned her hair into a fuzzball. She's made several attempts to use it since, but has given up on it entirely. It's now just occupying space on her dresser.A tip from GHD: plaster the brush with hairspray before you brush. Well, I'm no stylist, but needing to glue your hair as you brush it is not an ideal situation?In a word: useless.
Bought this a month ago and used once! What a waste of good money. My hair flies all over the place when I pull the brush through it. Also does not get a good 'grip' on my hair. I am sure the paddle brush would have worked better.
